Bought to replace 4 remotes. Easy to setup and use, switches equipment inputs and outputs for various modes of operation.

We bought this in 2013 and it is still great. Can use some batteries though. Drop it on the floor and it MAY not remember every devise... but it works like new. The app is fabulous to use and program on my computer! It makes it SO easy! Thinking of buy the 2021 model, but why fix what isn't broke!

Works great easy to set up and makes changing from one device to the next a breeze. Very good for older people who cannot figure out how to change from cable to dvd.

Wasn't hard to setup . Looks more complicated than it is. Just wish every time I pressed the command it would work right away

I bought this based on price and what it would do. It was fairly easy setup, I just wish I could have set it up on the app and not have to actually plug it into a laptop to do so. After set up it worked without a hitch, I will eventually add more functions to it. It was great for the cost.

This remote is great it is easy to use and also to reload from the website. It is also to add device when you get new devices. Can't ask for a better remote for the price

I began looking at a universal remote when I bought an Apple TV and found I now had 4 remotes. I did my research and for less than 8 items, this seemed to be the unanimous choice. Firstly, I have Logitech keyboard and mouse and LOVE both. That was a great sign. Secondly, the reviews were very strong and in reading what it did, it sounded like it was exactly what I wanted - something that was easy to use, easy to program and added a couple extra features I did not have. I found out that all of it came true plus the help function is great. If something is not quite working or gets out of sync, the help immediately fixes it. It worked everything time and I believe its one of the strongest features. I would recommend this remote to anyone looking for something reasonably priced, easy to you, light and easy to handle and wants to put all their remotes in a drawer and use just one.

I have this remote a couple years ago for my other tv. It works great & easy to use. I'm buying a second one for my other tv. Great product & I highly recommend it!

It is exalent for people who want to do simple things but when you have a lot at the house your going to have to spend more.

I've had a number of harmony remotes. All 650's. Why a number of them? Well dogs like them too. They have only one minor flaw in my opinion, they can be a little fragile after a number of drops on a hardwood floor, however that could be any piece of electronics. For the price, especially when they go on sale, you can't beat them. Easy to setup, the software is easy, saves your configurations, best of all if you get two, cause we can't find the first one, just download the new config and you are back in business. This type of a remote just makes sense. I've told a number of people about them, shown it to them and they can't believe, one remote to control them all. Add a new piece of equipment, take the old one off the remote put the new one in. No more remote juggling. Great product. Ladies, perfect gift for the guys.

Good for complicated systems. Some limited macro capability. Sufficient number of devices and activities for most systems.

This remote is easy to use and easy to set up using the software form the website. It replaced all of my other remotes.

This universal remote is amazing. I've had them before and have usually thrown them out This one controls all devices and works better than expected!

I initially became interested in this remote after using a $300 Logitech universal remote. I wasn't ready to spend that much, but this entry-level remote seemed like it could do the job. Settiing up the remote was very easy, you just have to enter your TV, Blu-ray player info into a website and you connect your remote to your computer via USB for it to update. It has a nice sturdy feel as well, does not feel cheap of flimsy.

While not perfect, this remote does better than I expected for the price. Using the web app to program it with all my devices was straightforward. Programming the action buttons was likewise easy: In my setup, "Watch TV" activates the tv, the DirecTv box, and the receiver set to tv input. "Watch Movie" activates the tv, AppleTV, and receiver set to Apple input. I like how the keyboard lights up automatically when you pick it up. Obviously after years of using the standard DirecTV remote and the Apple Remote, the Harmony takes some getting used to and it will never be as well tailored to each device as their native remotes, at least in my opinion. Where this gets problematic is when you want to tweak setting during a show or movie for example. If I'm watching a movie and want to change the sound field setting on the receiver from say, ProLogic to Dolby, navigating with the Harmony is tedious whereas on the receiver's native remote, it's a matter of pressing a single button. But I feel like that's the basic trade-off to be made with a universal remote.

I love this remote. It has made using the tv and all the other products somuch easier. The set up was not too bad. The online website walks you through each step. The only down fall to the remote is that the website you set up the remote through will only save the information for one remote at a time. If you have more than one of the same remote in your home then which ever remote was programmed last will be the information saved.

Works well. Easy to program once you got all the model numbers from the tv, DVDs etc.. Instruction could be a little more detailed but far better then most others

I really like this remote as an alternative to a uber-remote that controls your whole house. I only wanted to control my TV, sound system, receiver, appletv, and DVD.

This is my second Harmony remote. The other was several years old and the buttons became intermittent, probably due to dirt. Nice remote that will turn on multple devices with one button push. The bottom is slippery if one sets it on the upholstered arm of a chair. It will slide off. I may fix that problem by attaching a "loop" strip from velcro.
