The Harmony 650 offers you a great upgrade for your 'dumb' controls without breaking the bank. I was able to get it up-and-running in 5 min.

Good but not the best. Does basic job specially in the dark. Elite is better but more pricey.

Purchased this as a special value and extremely glad I did. Went from four separate remotes to one. Components all work together seamlessly. Like that the remote is backlit and continues to "learn" while in use. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Highly recommend getting one of these to simplify your life.

Bought the Harmony 650 to replace an older model (5 years old) that had been abused. Loaded up all my electronics and it's working great!

This is a super remote for anyone, if you have more than one remote at home that you want to eliminate and cut down to just using one.

The set up was easy and we love that we now have 1 remote instead of 4. There is a little bit of a delay so sometimes items take a few extra seconds to actually turn on. My kids like it and know how to use it but get impatient when items aren't on when the push the button.

I'll make this short and sweet. This product seems complicated. When you think of everything this remote is capable of, you think it will be a nightmare to set-up. Nothing can be further from the truth. Quite possibly the easiest set-up for an electonic device of this caliber I have ever had. Follow the online set-up for the remote and you're done. It is smart and it has an idea how all of your devices work with eachother. All you have to do is confirm it. It is awesome. For example, I have it set-up to turn on my TV, DVR, Surround Sound, and even my fan with one click. Another click and I'll have my DVD player on and the TV switched to the correct input and I am ready to watch a movie. I bought this about 2 months ago so I cannot speak to the durability of the product. I gave it 5 stars in durability based only on my present experience with it, but as far as how long the product will last, I cannot speak to that. Overall, a fantastic product. One I would recommend to anyone looking for a do it all remote.

It run my HDMI switch, my TV, DirecTV box, Blu Ray with this and no problems. There is a bit of a learning curve, but all works great.

The remote was very easy to program and works great. I replaced an aging Logitech remote and am really happy with the choice I made!

Set up very easy. Sometimes gets confused and you need to hit help then it corrects itself.

This is my third Harmony remote and each model has been better than the last. I have one for every room in the house. Upgrading was almost too easy. The remotes control every device I own (TV, DVR, CD, DVD, Roku). The feature in this model where the buttons light up when you shake it was worth the upgrade. The previous model had a button that needed to be pressed. The only deficiency with this feature is that the power button and the buttons that control the different functions (Watch TV, Watch DVD, etc.) don't light up. The help feature is amazing. After setup, one of my TVs occasionally started on the wrong input. After using the help to "fix" the problem several times, the remote recognized that help was being used for the same problem and adjusted the settings to eliminate the problem. I have to say that I was impressed.

This remote is so user friendly! It's easy to set up and easy to use! We liked it so much we went and purchased more!

Great universal remote, easy to program and nice shortcut capabilities. I can finally stash all the remotes I have and only use one.

Logitech makes several awesome remotes. this is a lower end remote. but somehow does more than my really old dead one

Very slippery. Hard to hold without it slipping out of your hand. Last version had nice rubber coating. Many times not all commands make it to equipment. Have to keep it pointed for about 20 seconds. Was hoping it would be better. May return it. If I can get the older version to work with newer equipment it would be more desired than the new.

This remote is user friendly and easy to set up. Just plug it to your computer and enter the requested information. It's that easy.

I got this harmony remote at the suggestion of the Geek Squad. What an innovation! One remote instead of several and VERY user friendly!

I have 3 components, TV, AMP, Blue Ray and was constantly having to use my sony remote to click from one to the other ... this I just click one button and it knows volume is always on the amp, channel changing always on the cable box, and power to not shut off the cable box to allow for recording. It can learn commands to any wireless device so it can control almost all.

Easily programmed my Directv, Game Console, TV, Soundbar, and Apple TV with no issues. Super easy interface. Totally worth the money.
