No problem so far as we keep things simple. Need to shut everything down periodically to shift from TV to Netflix and get sound to work.

Universal remote that will control up to eight devices, has great ergonomics and a color LCD screen. Excellent button layout and overall design. Simple web programming via Windows or Mac PCs and supports custom sequences/macros. Unfortunately, unlike the previous model, it requires an internet-connected PC to program, adding favorite channel icons is a bit more difficult and does not utilize all cable box functionality.

This thing works perfectly. I was able to select all of my devices from the list of pre-programmed components. When I went to use it for the first time, it worked exactly as advertised and all my components responded as expected. The screen on it is very nice, and is used for additional components that don't have a dedicated button like TV, movies, and music. And the screen also displays the help functions if you need them. The screen goes on when you lift or move the remote, and it goes off when you set it back down.

Good remote. All yo have to do touch it and if's ready to go. It there is a problem; it has a help botton that wil fis the problem

this saved me a lot of problems. Instead of using different devices for the TV, Audio,Cable and DVD, I only have one device to operate.

This remote is awesome, easy to program and is very dependable and the batteries last for months. Great investment.

The arrow buttons and select are too small, hard to select. I haven't found a way to program the asterisk button from Roku, but I'm working on it. Amazed at the programmability for a Home Audio system, Roku, Tivo, Samsung SmartTV and Sony BD. Great value!

I have and old Logitech remote that worked will. So I bought this one on sale. Easy set up on line. You do not have to enter codes just name of product and model numbers. It even had my old Nakamichi receiver. If you want to watch T.V. just push that bottom and it turns on every thing needed.

We have had a Harmony One For about 11 years. It took the Geek squad 3 tries to get it set up properly. Each agent claiming the previous agents did a lousy job of the set up and then we didn't get a very good tutorial or owners manual. This one is still working o.k. This new one used in a different location is doing a good job and the agent Simon from the Maplewood store was excellent. Works well no problems.

I'm happy for any remote that restores order in these days of Remotes Gone Wild, and I enjoy the Logitech. It doesn't make me get up to change the channel. But I do have to get up and adjust the Blu-Ray once the remote has been programmed for about a month. That's just my experience, and on two different remotes I might add. Its not a big deal to set up a movie manually as long as I can control the sound throughout.

Great feature set and easy to set up and integrate. Try not to drop these too much, though, as they are a bit 'sensitive' and fragile.

Programming the device was easy. I use it with my ATT Uverse box as well as my audio receiver and dvd player. No problems so far.

Easy to program online. Inconsistent with turning on some devices which is frustrating.

Minus a little confusion on my part on which software to use, this remote was easy to program, and easy to use. A tip to new purchasers would be to gather a list of all electronics, by brand and model number. This will ease the programming step. Once the remote is downloaded it is easy to use. The "Activities" function is really nice once customized. It will turn on my TV, set proper input, fires up the receiver and set to proper input. It then fires up the Xbox and your ready to go. Great buy at $59.99 store match!!

Got it on sale for a very good price but also with all of the support that Logitech supplies. My fourth device so you realize I have had good service from the devices. Easy to set up. Easy to make changes and great support.

This remote will connect all of your devices, it has a cool screen and is easy to use.
