Very easy to set up - download the software, plug in via USB, pick your devices and customize functions, and wait for everything to sync. Up and running without having to hold down any crazy button combinations or punch in random IR codes on the remote trying to find the right one for your device.

I love this thing! Total life-changer for us couch-potatoes. I can control my Xbox, TV apps, and Cable box seamlessly with 1 button for each system, as it turns off the systems u are not using. Sometimes it delays a little, but you start to figure it out better later.

We love, love this universal control remote. It's super easy to program and it has simplified our lives. We can program up to 8 devices. One control remote for TV, DVR, Cisco 271HD Box and Bose Solo. The "Help" button will assist to troubleshoot problems with the unit. Very Happy with this purchase....

I had a much earlier version of the Harmony remote. This one is light years ahead in ease of programming and use.

I had the high end version before and never got around to using it. This is much easier and just as functional.

I was concerned this would take hours to program. It was easily completed in about 15 minutes, and easy to use.

Interface to all components in my entertainment center was seamless and reduced the number of remotes from 4 to 1.

It was pretty easy to set up. it controls all of my equipment except the PS3.

My AV setup is to control four devices (max of five) - a smart TV, an older receiver/amp, a DVD player and a DVR. To set it up, I used a Logitech app on my PC to enter model numbers of the devices and then to organize the devices into activity. Example - I set up an activity and labeled it "Watch TV and amp". Pushing a single button, the remote will turn on the DVR, the TV, and the amp. The remote volume key will control the amp's volume control. Using the remote's number keys will change the channel on the DVR. I like the ease of setting up the remote to do key tasks. When watching TV, I'm often switching the station, volume, etc. This device allows me to perform these basic tasks, and many specialized tasks, with only one remote.

The remote was easy to program and I have about six of the same remotes and it makes my life easier

My only complaint is the location of the number pad make one hand operation difficult. It works with all my components including some that would not work with any other "universal remotes" the learning function takes a couple of tries to get right but once you understand how it works it is pretty slick. Overall it is the best universal remote I have tried and I have tried several.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my husband, it was easy to set up.

If one learns how to actually program this remote then this remote is better than the original..Highly customizable

How convenient to control tv/stereo/direct tv/DVDs with 1 remote. So easy to set up on Internet. Worth every penny

So easy to use and it finds any problems I'm having and fixes them. Finally I don't have to push every button on remote to fix problems, which usually caused more problems, just wish the buttons were bigger and wording more visible.

Use this remote with my new Samsung HDTV and with works well. Nice to have all components operated with one remote.

One remote operates all devices and easy to set up using a computer. Beats all those where you have to enter codes

I bought this to replace a Harmony One that my kids dropped one too many times and broke the screen. Although, this one isn't a touch screen, it's just as easy to use. It was super easy to set up and I have it working my tv, receiver, and cable box.
