Logitech makes setting up remotes easy and the remotes work great once they are setup. Very easy to use remote.

This remote is east to use and takes the place of all the individual remotes for TV, DVD ETC.

so far so good. remote works as advertised. I haven't began to use all of the features yet though. I mostly like to be able to control & power on/off all units needed for a specific activity at one time. I do wish the ok button in the middle was a bit bigger though since it gets a lot of use.

Love it! Our old remote broke! It was also a harmony remote! Served us well and the new one was easy to program!

I love having a remote that can control 8 devices without getting up

Bought this to replace an older 700 model that has some buttons that no longer work. My only gripe about this remote is that it only can control 5 devices. My old 700 took care of 8. Looked into the Smart Hub but wasnt thrilled about the fact that it needs wi-fi to operate. Compromised by buying the 650 to take care of the activities that no longer worked on my old 700, and kept the 700 for the rest. Hey, 2 remotes is a lot better than having 15 laying around. This remote, like the 700, is a breeze to set up. Just go online, set up an account, and then enter in the make and model numbers of your equipment. Once that is done it's time to set up your activities. For example, if you want to watch TV, you can have the remote turn on your cable box, your TV,and have it set to the correct input. Same goes for any activity you want it to perform. Logitech/Harmony make the best and easiest to use remotes in the world and all in all this is another great remote from them despite the fact that it only holds 5 devices. Wish they still made one in this style that holds more in the $100-$150 range.

The remote works great. Setup was easy and the help feature on the remote guides you through syncing devices.

This is seriously the one remotely that replaces all. It keeps the functions of all my other remotes and makes all those functions accessible on one remote. I actually bought this during the black friday sales and it was so worth it. Once you get the software onto your computer to program it, it is simple to set up.

Love this unit.. Set it up for my 76 yr old mother, and she has no issues using it.. Highly recommended..

This is my second Logitech - Harmony remote. The first one was good but was a little limited. It died after 5 years of use. I upgraded to this one and have been using it approx 2months now and do not have any complaints. Hopefully this one holds up well. I control the TV, Uverse Box, Reciever, and BlueRay Player with mine.

I am a home theater installer and have been using logitech harmony line of remotes for years. Simply the best!

This remote does wonders even while it lacks many of the features of the more expensive Harmony remotes. I set it up for my parents but it was so ridiculously simple, my parents could have done it without my help. Use the supplied USB cable to plug it into your computer and use the online installation. Asks you easy to understand questions on which devices you have and what you use them for. You can only control up to 5 devices so its really only good for 1 setting like your den or living room only, but for most people that is more than enough. If the functions don't seem to work, press the "Help" button and it'll cycle thru the devices until it does work the way you want. Highly recommended because it beats the old way of punching in funky key combinations and then a manufacturer codes, and then testing to see if it was the right code! Get it right the first time!

Nice to only have to use one control that controls everything with the television and the blue ray player.

I love how this works. Easy setup and interactive tool! Love it and purchasing one for each room of the house.
