Would recommend to anyone that has two or more remotes. Everything in one up to 8 remotes in one. Nice

It's about time that someone put all of the controls in one. The Help function is easy to use and works.

Set up was quick and painless. All devices most first gen programmed right to it. My gripe is that when you select what ever device you want to control such as Apple TV or BLU RAY you have to manually go back and select your surround sound receiver. I do have all devices programmed into my VSX-70 and the remote knows this, but I stil have to go and select that unit to control the audio. The other thing, I have the Arris Media Players in my home for Cable, and the response time between the harmony and Media Player is at least 3 seconds. Fast forwarding and play pause are the worst. I have actually gone back to using the Arria remote to control my TV, Cable Box and Receiver.

replaced the cable remote, the dvr remote, the tv remote.....by this ONE remote! Soo simple, so much easier

My second Harmony. Controlling 4 devices. Very easy to program using a computer. Love the built in motion sensor that turns the lights on and lights the screen when remote is moved. Could be a tad less expensive but still a good value for the cost.

I gave the Harmony 650 a 4 star rating because it works really well. The only gripe I have is that the instructions on how to make it compatible with other remotes could've been a little more clearer for the lay person. Everyone is not a geek head. But with a little invested time in your initial setup you can have a good remote for all of your components.

This remote is so simple to program, it practically does it's on its own. With 5 electronics, each with their own remote, this does it all and more. The ability to use activity and then switch to the individual device (eg receiver) to manage it as if it were its own remote is great.

I am looking at several remotes I can now put in my drawer, works well and back lit for late nights.

We purchased a floor model TV that did not include a remote. This was recommended to us and has become a great replacement for not just that remote, but all the others associated with our entertainment center. Easy to program via USB and their app, we've been very happy with it so far.

I have always been skeptical of universal remotes. I always felt no UR could possibly have buttons for all the functions I need to use on my components. But this one has amazed me. Plugging it into the computer with the included USB cable and logging on to their website, I was able to specify each component in my system and the website programmed the UR for me. Then the logic of pushing one button to indicate what you want to do (watch TV, watch a movie, listen to music) and the UR automatically turns on the right components and switches all inputs and outputs to the right ones. And then it knows what unit controls volume, changes channels, etc so pushing the volume controls or channel buttons changes the right component. We have kept the individual remotes handy, but have not ever needed to pick them up. This UR truly does everything, and very easily. One button turns everything off, too. My family is happy that they don't have to figure out what remote to use and which input everything needs to be switched to. This remote does it all with one button. Very happy!

This product is so easy to set-up if you have any experience on a computer. I took pics of my device's model numbers with my phone to have them handy during set-up. After you download the Logitech software and register your account, the set-up takes 10 minutes. And the process is very intuitive. After using this remote for a few weeks, you might want to go back to your set-up and tweak some of the button preferences. I now use this with my tv, cable box, AppleTv, Audio Receiver, and DVD player. It feels comfortable in your hand and if ever anything doesn't respond, you can just press the help button and the remote fixes itself. I didn't give it 5 stars because I feel there could be some additional function buttons as standard. But still very simple to use.
