this remote is great for an entry level home entertainment user.

Use this to operate my cable box, sound bar and TV. But it seems to have a mind of it's own and only turns on all the equipment when it wants to. The design and features are great and will look into see if there is something else I am missing when I programmed it. Does get frustrating though when you have to manually turn on some equipment.

love this universal remote. easy to set up. i will never buy other universal remote.

I used this as a replacement for a previous Harmony, and I like this one better. I have started to use it to control my Xbox and Apple TV. Setup was easy using a PC, though I first tried on my Mac and had some issues.

Makes everything easier, can't believe I've been fighting with all these extra remotes all this time.

This is the greatest remote! It took about 15 minutes to set up. Had a device that was not on the web site, but it learned from my remote. It controls everything. And if something doesn't come on, it walks you through each device until it"s right. This remote is awesome!!

I have owned 3 of these. 2 of this model and one of an older model. These were the only ones that worked easily with my Bose system. Only issue is that the oldest one has a loose connection in it somewhere and is intermittent operation. The 2nd one had dirty contacts after several years of use and needed opened and cleaned. The new one works great.

Excellent Product. Great price at Best Buy. Would go to Best Buy for this type of product again.

After initial setup it will fix itself if a problem arises between the remote and the appliance!

The dog ate the remote. I need a replacement. Logitech provided a solution that linked to my Sony.

Good basic universal remote. I would like if it could control more than two pieces of equipment at a time. Example, sound on receiver and controls on VCR, but I also need channels on the control box at the same time. As is I have to use a second remote or switch back and forth between activities and devices. A little confusing for some at first.

The size, shape, and color plus ease of operation are all good.

Had excellent Harmony One and decided to try cheaper model with different set of equipment. l spent lot's of time with phone tech support. Works most if the time. It has some quirky moments when doesn't work and have to make small adjustments. . Still better than juggling five remotes!!!!

Able to consolidate 4 remotes effectively with simple setup. So easy, even my 5 year old can use it.
