Works very well, simple to use. Setup may not be as intuitive as some may like but it is very cuscustomizable. There is one exception however...There does not appear to be a way to reorder your 'activities' on the main screen.

Second Logitech remote I have had. First one lasted 14 years, and is still functional. The Model 650 is great. Uses AA batteries vs. having to put it in a charging cradle. Controls up to 8 separate home theater devices, which replaces up to that many separate remote controls. Easy to program the remote control. Only negatives were: 1) the initial time taken to open a new account and download software; and, 2) some buttons are difficult to program for specific functions; and, lastly 3) the user manual that comes with the remote severely lacks detailed instructions on how to program special buttons, and the website is also lacking good guidance. But, these problems are minor compared to having one remote control that does all functions, and you can put the individual remotes away for good (just remember to take out batteries!).

Finally a remote to replace all three for my entertainment set up. Easy to operate and foolproof.

I needed a remote that could handle my tv, av receiver, directv box, Xbox, DVD player, and hdmi switcher. This remote does it with ease. I also have Apple TV but I don't think it supports it yet. Feels good in your hand, solid, buttons feels well done, use with confidence. Initial set up you have to log onto logitech website to create an account and get the software that programs the remote. Make sure you know where all you devices are patched into each other and jot down their model numbers. Armed with that info you should have little trouble getting started. It is easy to get back in and make adjustment if it's not right at first so no worries there. Some of my gear is old but it was in their database. That impressed me.

When we purchased this I was skeptical about it replacing our 5 remotes. I know most universal remotes do some functions, but you always need to have the others for the more specific features. To my surprise it does absolutely all the functions of our remotes for the TV, DVR, Cable Box (which is old), Soundbar, and Roku (it doesn't have the earphone jack that the Roku does, but does every function). I have put them all away in a drawer. I couldn't be more pleased. We did have the geek squad program them with their laptop, which I am glad we did, they knew the settings probably better than I could have done. I think I am more excited about the remote than the TV and I LOVE the new tv. I would recommend this to anyone.

This remote gives me one button control over my home entertainment system. Very convenient.

Very nice remote. Has all of the necessary functions that you need to control your many devices.

I bought an open-box deal from Best Buy that did not include the remote. After a little research, I found that this remote would be the best option. Indeed, it included every function that was part of the original remote, and only slightly more expensive. Other universal remotes contain the main features, but you often have to go back to the original for advanced features. Codes for tons of devices are downloaded online and constantly updated as new devices come out. Besides that, the thing is just great to use once you set it up. One button turns on all the devices you want and sets them to the correct inputs. From there it works as you expect or you can easily tweak as needed. I usually don't get excited about something like a remote, but this really is so much better than I had before.

This remote is universal and configurable. It is really easy to setup and provides a lot of options to configure the report. The remote is also very durable. It has light buttons that helps in the dark

I love the uncomplicated process of selecting and controlling several devices with one remote.

The Harmony remote is excellent. It's very nice to use one remote to operate all the components.

its a nice remote for the price.lets me do away with 4 remotes. i like how it can 'learn' a button from another remote. there just needs to be a section of buttons to use for this.
