Very easy to use and program. I now own three of these.

This remote is great when it works, but lately i have had to constantly use the help button to fix devices not coming on. If it was more consistent with turning on devices like when i first got it i would definetly give this remote a better rating as it is very easy to use.

Second Logitech remote I have had. First one lasted 14 years, and is still functional. The Model 650 is great. Uses AA batteries vs. having to put it in a charging cradle. Controls up to 8 separate home theater devices, which replaces up to that many separate remote controls. Easy to program the remote control. Only negatives were: 1) the initial time taken to open a new account and download software; and, 2) some buttons are difficult to program for specific functions; and, lastly 3) the user manual that comes with the remote severely lacks detailed instructions on how to program special buttons, and the website is also lacking good guidance. But, these problems are minor compared to having one remote control that does all functions, and you can put the individual remotes away for good (just remember to take out batteries!).

This remote does everything but cook dinner. So nice having 1 remote instead of several remotes.

I bought two of these, one for each TV. I'm so glad I did because I'm "technologically challenged" and having one remote control everything makes things much easier. I love how you can just click a button to "watch TV" or "watch a movie." The rest is done automatically!

Nice slim remote. Controls dvr, sound bar and tv and any other equipment connected to tv system.

This product was very essy to set and program. It allows me to use all my equipment thru 1 device.

A great remote and a value for the money would buy again

This is a great remote. So great that I bought three of them. Easy to program by plugging it into your computer and the program walks you through everything. The best feature which cannot be overlooked is that the keys are back lit which is a must because I watch tv with lights off.

The remote is best used with a computer to program in devices (especially those that have been released after this remote was released). The remote control can be a big time saver for those who like to set it and forget it to control their entertainment devices. The product has served well and we've easily maximized its capabilities.

The paid Consultation originally recommended the "Ultimate" model remote, but on-line reviews suggested problem of touch screen without buttons. Geek Squad installer suggested the 650 model would better meet our needs. Upon replacing remote we agree the 650 is better choice, but wish the "select button" was a little larger for the user.
