Great all-in-one remote

If a problem, customer service is great. I use it to control my TV, cable box and blu-ray player. It also controls a Ipod player/radio unit. Built in help fixes any minor glitches reading from the on board screen.

good universal remote for many devices
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had about 6 remotes. this logitech remote controls all of my devices except the ps3 which is bluetooth for remote. this is ok for me. had a small issue getting it to work with windows 8.1 but after a couple of tries i did get it to work. logitech could make it more windows friendly. not sure how it will work with windows 10.

We have surround sound, TV, DVR and Dish network. It works great except it does not turn on our Dish network or change the channels of the dish. but overall we enjoy this, something a little more cheap may have done the same trick.

Good for basic use
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this to replace my Harmony 750 that quit on me. This one is OK, but not nearly as good as the 750. Not as many options in each category. It is easy to use and it is good if you can't afford the 750.

Way easier than I thought!

The signal seems stronger than remotes that I replaced - especially the Xfiniity X1 remote! Happy with my purchase and looking to purchase another for the basement living room.
