This remote is a great value. Handles every device I need it to. Easy to program/setup and easy to use. Much better value than some of the more expensive Harmony remotes (which I've also owned).

Easy to at up and use. I upgraded from the 510 and it's just as easy and simple to use.

I have this remote controlling my Panasonic TV, Yamaha Receiver, Xbox One, and PS3. You can make your own custom functions, like "Play PS3", and the remote can control 3 systems (TV, Receiver, PS3) with just one button press. Only drawback is it couldn't control my Roku Streaming Stick since it uses RF technology.

We really like having only one remote for everything we need. This was a wise purchase.

Great remote for combining your household remotes.

Really good remote. Works well. Easy to program. Only issue with product is that you have to go through the help function almost every day as the remote don't turn everything on or off all the time. Very easy fix and remote walks you through the steps.

If you use more than one remote for your entertainment system, you need something like this. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it's an old-style button-remote. A touch screen device with buttons you can fully customize is better. Maybe the version that uses your smartphone will let you do that.

I bought this on a whim with hopes of cutting down on the coffee table clutter. It works great, setup was cake, and it's the first universal remote I have found to work with my particular Samsung home theater system.

I have had several harmony remotes over the years. They are very easy to set up with the software or the online set up, all you really need is the model numbers of your components and what is assigned to inputs and outputs. They can be tweaked and programmed with your existing remotes if needed. Biggest problem is durability, remotes get pretty beat up over time, with being dropped or sat upon, so it seems I normally get a few years out of one of these and it is time to replace it. But my 7 year old and my wife are able to turn on the home theater without a problem so it has always been money well spent. This particular remote is going to be good for most home theater applications, unless you have a ton of components and/or have your stuff locked away in a closet or a cabinet w/o direct line of sight from the remote (if that is your situation your are going to have to spend more money for a remote with a r/f transmitter).

I went in thinking I may need to upgrade my Samsung sound bar as it wasn't compatible with any of my other Samsung devices remotes. The Best Buy rep said to buy this remote as it worked with all the devices. Several other Best Buy reps confirmed they all used it successfully. It programmed easily after hooking to my computer and has been working since. Saved me having to upgrade the sound bar.
