I love Logitech remotes and have had them for years. This remote is a good value. The only minor complaint I have is that the specific activity buttons above the screen (for TV watching, listening to music, etc) aren't backlit, so it's nearly impossible to trigger those in the dark. Otherwise, no issues.

Very easy to use. Had it set up by Geek Squad. Made it completely hassle free.

Takes some time to program for Apple TV buttons but for the tv, cable and receiver the programming was simple. It gets a little confused with the cable box but it immediately knows how to find what's wrong as soon as you press "help".

I wanted to like the newest Harmony touchscreen remotes, but the reality is that you have to go to several screens deep to get to simple functions like number keys. This remote is not the newest "cool" tech, but for usability, it is the best Harmony remote currently being sold. (I admit I like several of the older Harmony remotes better, but I'm not buying a used remote.)

Took a little bit to understand how to program and use but once I got the idea it works great. 2 or 3 buttons presses and everything just works! I have a home theater (Yamaha), a DVD player (Sony), a LED TV (Samsung), an XBOX and a DVR. All work from the remote!

Can control every feature of every device connected to the remote. The instructions are super easy to follow. I also like that whenever you move the remote the buttons light up so you can see in the dark.

Works well. Easy to setup. Buttons are small though. Easy to correct any missed commands. Can't beat it for the price. Remember this is infrared and doesn't work through doors.

So, I own a harmony one and, a harmony touch. I bought this one for a bedroom where it's just a tv and sound bar. It works when it wants... I have updated it and, adjusted the settings but, it still insists on not working correctly all the time. The help function (allowing it to correct itself) is the only saving grace as it at least gets back on track about 50% of the time. The selling point for any logitech remotes is the ease of programming. That was the main reason I bought this one (as I'm familiar with using the higher end ones). But, I would toss a coin as to whether this one is worth it. I would suggest buying a touch or something up the chain a bit.

If you want full customization, download the app and use that instead of the online setup. One of the negative things I've noticed is when turning on my AVR and TV, i have one of the functions set to MUTE the TV to allow for sound through AVR only. The MUTE function does not ALWAYS go through for some reason. I don't permanently MUTE the TV sound because i have only my TV auto on in the morning kind of as my alarm and want sound. Other than that, the remote is wonderful since i purchased it for $40. Removable batteries, supplied cable, easy setup, 5 devices...

Wish I had bought it sooner. Took only a couple of days to figure out .

My kids busted my Harmony One remote (nicer version of the 650) and I purchased this as a replacement. The software converted my settings from the Harmony One to the 650 in about 30 seconds. Super slick. It has essentially the same functionality in a slightly less pretty package, but for much less. Technically you can't connect as many items with the 650, but it works great for my five components. I've only had it a couple of months and haven't had to change the batteries yet. I also can't really comment on the durability as I haven't had it that long and I haven't seen my kids launch it across the room yet either. I would definitely recommend this over the Harmony One as its a much better value.

I have a simple 3 speaker Bose sound system, and to control said speakers it requires a tiny remote, that is easily lost, or in my case dropped into a glass of water. Couldn't find one online or anywhere, so I bought the harmony, and now instead of using 3 remotes to turn everything on to watch tv or a movie, I now simply push one button and life is much more simple.

I had the Geek Squad do my new tv purchase install setting up to my already existing sound system and programming with this remote. So I cannot comment on if there is a degree of difficulty on set up. But I'm pleased with the ease in operating it and happy with the help feature and how it corrects any problems with all the devices. It truly is a universal remote.
