Great remote. Once I figured out the programming steps, the only issue I have had is some of the steps to programming the order of the devices to turn on and delays were kind of hidden in background pages that you have to poke around to find. The documentation leave a lot to be desired, but once the remote is programmed it works well. One thing to get used to is the Activities concept behind the remote. After you understand this it is a great remote to have, especially if you have products that you cannot control through other programmable remotes.

This is a very intelligent remote. It remembers commands that it sent. Therefore if you switch from Watch TV to Watch Movie, it remembers that it has already turned on the TV and will not turn it off in error. It also has a "help function" that asks questions about the status of system components and tries to correct errors. This actually works fairly well. If you have to pressing the a button, like TV input multiple times to change from TV to DVD, rather than pressing TV and entering an input number, it can get confused. Therefore, the operation of the macros is influenced by the components in the system. Otherwise it is easy to use and is really a very good remote for the price.

Works with every device I've tried: Denon receiver, LG TV, Roku, and a generic chinese Android TV box. Supports all the functions on every remote.

Have enjoyed the product so far. Great price for what it has to offer. A little bit of a learning curve but no big deal really. Some of the supported devices don't respond exactly as you would expect them to, so had to learn the quirks of a few items. Apple TV control in particular is not great.

This remote is nearly perfect. The set up is so easy. So intuitive. So simple. So straightforward. It's amazing. I also like that the database of compatible devices is online and continually updated, so I don't need a new remote every time I buy a new device. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars was a few limitations in programming it. I use this for my HTPC and I can't teach it the mouse controls from my MCE remote. So if the window I want ever loses focus from a popup or window switching, I have to get the mouse out to click one the window and activate it. Maybe it's just my particular brand of MCE remote (Ortek VRC-1100), but that is my one and only complaint.

Life is much simplier with one remote as opposed to three or four.

Didn't believe that a remote could be this simple and easy to use.

The remote was easy to set up and sync all of our devices that we have. It is very easy to use and even syncs with our direct tv so we are able to use the guide and record buttons from this remote. We now went from needing 5 remotes down to one!

I now own five Harmony remotes. This model is a simpler version and is perfect when you want to combine only a few devices to one remote. I have always liked the easy setup procedure and also how easily the setup can be changed. When my cable company changed their line-up two times in one year, I was really happy at how easy and fast i could fix my favorites.

This is the fifth Harmony 650 I have purchased. Three are still in working order. I love the fact I can have one remote instead of several lying around. They work great and are easy to set up. My only complaints are durability and cost. Remotes take a beating and ultimately the 650 will die before its time should be up. The batteries also get moved around in a fall and cause problems. Sometimes I have to reprogram. I also think the $75 price point is a little steep for an item that has been on the market for several years. I usually wait for sales promotions to purchase. Overall, excellent product that is easy to set up and easy to use. Just be careful with it.

The remote is awesome and controls everything i need it for. Its responsive and seems to have every button the original remotes had for my devices. I have experienced missing button options or cheaper remotes and im glad I get to avoid that frustration when using the harmony remote.

Replaces numerous remotes and simplifies the process.

When looking for a universal remote you are told this is the cheapest on the market. To me they all do the same thing, and really if it serves the purpose then why buy the most expensive? This universal works great, and it was easy to set up.
