I use this in the movie room to watch movies. One button turns on the projector, surround sound amp, and bluray player. I am able to control all the devices with just one remote and it actually works well with everything.

Best Harmony remote for the money compared to other Harmony or universal remote. Easy setup and use. At first, the remote did not turn all devices on but through the use of the "help" key, it recognized them moving ahead.

The remote is a good size & It was easy to set up.

Originally purchased it for my aging father so he could turn everything on/off with a single button. The remote itself was good for him, but the Bose sound system I got for him had an auto off function after 30 minutes of being on mute, and he got confused trying to turn the sound system alone back on once it turned itself off. We took it back and he no longer had a need for the Harmony Remote. I always wanted a Harmony Remote so I took it home. I have the T.V, Amplifier, DVD, cable box, & PlayStation all programmed in. One touch turns on the Amp (sound system), T.V, & Cable box when I want to watch T.V. One touch turns on the T.V, Amp, & DVD player when I want to watch a movie, and one button turns it all off. Do yourself a favor - go buy one, you'll love it.

Excellent remote. I programmed to control DirecTV, computer, Nvidia shield TV, ROKU and audio/video system. Now using 1 remote to replace 5.

The remote was suggested by the Geek squad. I purchased it with an associate sales person. she even spoke with the geek squad to verify the remote was what I needed. After purchase, the Geek Squad programed it and taught me how to use it! Great pprofessional group whose goal is what the consumer needs. Thank You Best Buy

I got this because my trusty MX-500 couldn’t control my new X1 box (I did not see that coming). I was skeptical about Harmony remotes but decided to give this a try. Basic setup was easy (if not without quirks); rearranging device buttons was a little tedious but worth it for the added flexibility. I didn’t use the learning function but it’s there if I ever need it. After a fairly short familiarization/setup time, I had the remote capable of doing everything the MX-500 could do; which is another way of saying it does all I need. Overall a pleasure to setup and use. I’ve only had the controller for a few weeks but at this point I feel it’s definitely earned 5 stars. Price is worth it, even though I wish it was less. Setup was so awesome compared to a similar Harmony remote 5 years ago or so. Lights up when you move it, great in the dark movie theater! Wish I'd have purchased it earlier.

Using the online service, it is extremely easy to program. What I like best is it seems to cover everything out there. Other universal remotes do not cover everything like this does

Will never go back to traditional remotes. Bought this one for a friend, but have owned for 3 years now. Has yet to fail or disappoint. Still adding cable boxes and blu-ray players that have come out in the last 6 months, and the remote is 3 years old.
