I'm still trying to learn how to use my remote. It does work for all of my electronics, but it only turns on my TV and sound bar after I use the help button. I suspect that it's something I need to change in my settings, but I have not figured out how yet.

I am so impressed with this remote. So nice to have only one device for my entertainment center. You just push one button for whatever you want to do (example: watch TV) and all devices that make this happen come on. My non-tech husband really loves it.

This remote works great! We've had many other Harmony remotes (this is the simplest one). Only one issue: the box/features say that it will control up to 8 devices BUT, this only works if you're using the new MyHarmony software. If, however, you are replacing an old remote and have everything loaded in the old Harmony software, it will only control 5. 5!! I set this system up a loooong time ago, and did not have time to re-load all the devices and settings, so I only have 5 devices working right now (sorry, Xbox One). Eventually, I'll have to switch everything over to the new system. It's still a great remote, but I wish there was a note about this when I bought it....I may have chosen another product.

There is a lot of firepower packed into one device. With that in mind, it is only worth it if you think you really need it. I'd suspect for most folks, a more standard universal remote will do the trick

After downloading their software on my PC and signing up so that Logitec can save my preferences, the set up was painless IF you know how to get your devices serial numbers. Being able to set up activities is awesome. No more messing with multiple remotes! I will say that a product like this is not fool proof. If a person has trouble managing multiple remotes I would say this won’t fix that problem. This is almost like a convenience “toy” for the techie type person who wants 1 remote to rule their entertainment room.

All of my A/V equipment is so simply managed now. The setup was very simple (I had read otherwise). You connect it to your computer and it finds your components online. When I'm ready to view a movie, I click one button and it changes everything. Watch TV, listen to the radio ... all a cinch with this amazing remote control!

With several viewing options for my home entertainment system, the Harmony One Touch process for each of my primary methods is a great feature, not only for me, but guests can use my system without me explaining "this then that then the other" it's all set with One Touch...and "My Harmony" software made setup very simple...

I went from 4 remotes to one. Absolutely love it.!

Installed the Harmony software and created an account. All of my devices were in their database and setting up the d vices and activities (very handy!) didn't take much time. Since this is a universal remote, it's not quite as convenient to use as the dedicated remotes for my TiVo and Roku 3. Those remotes also use RF which none of these universal remotes can handle since there is no standard for RF. Both the TiVo and Roku 3 can respond to IR but it's slower on the TiVo and the Harmony has trouble reaching the Roku, which is probably Roku's issue. Nonetheless, just getting the proper devices turned on/off correctly is a good start and the Harmony can control everything via IR.

easy to program easy to use very good remote buy one

First off I got this remote for $30 so it was a great deal and love it at that price point. For $80 I wouldn't be as happy, but I also only have a receiver, TV, PS3, PS4(which can't be fully controlled with this remote yet) hooked up with this thing. At a discounted price I thinik this thing is great. When it works it works wonderfully. When it doesn't work it can usually be fixed pretty easily by just clicking the help button and it will correct itself. A final thought: The buttons feel great I can't really describe it... they just feel very solid, responsive, and nice. Also very easy to setup.

Initially purchased this as I lost the remote to my sound bar. Was able to hook up my cable box, TV and sound bar to the remote within minutes, with different settings for specific activities -watching tv, playing a video game (though it would not connect to my PS4) watching a movie, listening to music, etc. I only gave it 4 stars as it didn't fully capture all of the functionality of the sound bar. To program it, I would need the manufacturers remote to link it via infrared connection. Go figure?!?! Other than that, good product.
