Easy to set up and controls everything in my entertainment center. Took an adapter for my PS3, but works seamlessly when set up. Fits well in the hand and intuitive button placement.

Love this remote..it has made tv watching easy!!!!

Before buying the Harmony Remote I was using 6 remotes. Just watching TV required 3 remotes. I found this remote to be very easy to program. It works extremely well. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that some of the functions such as muting the sound bar when the phone rings, requires the user to push 3 buttons: one button to access devices, one button to select the device and one to mute the sound bar. It seems to me there should be a way to assign a button in the activity mode to do this function.

Working with all devices, now just need one remote to operate all devices. You need the internet to set up devices, no need to read through scores of codes.

I had an original Logitech Harmony One remote that worked great for many years. It finally gave up the ghost and could not be resurrected so I started looking for a replacement. I found that the 650 is very close in design and function, the main difference is it just doesn't have a touchscreen that the Harmony One had. I didn't like the design and button layouts of the newer more expensive Harmonies so I went with the 650 and couldn't be happier. Logitech makes it very easy to transfer your current configuration into the new remote and literally in 10 minutes after bringing it home, with just a couple of tweaks, it was up and ready to go. Kudos to Logitech, nice job!

I needed a remote that allowed me to program a sequence of commands, to ideally use my Yamaha receiver. This one does it all, and is easily programmable via my windows laptop. Plus, you can design your own screens on the remote to place buttons for any device, just by selecting them from a menu of your own devices, and dragging them to where you want them. It's backlit, and cleverly uses an accelerometer to automatically light up when it's moved! I just wish it would stay lit a bit longer; or have that configurable, a very minor issue. Great look and feel with this remote.

I have purchased two of these remotes, they are customize and a great way to reduce your remotes from 8 remotes to 1, I bought one for my mother who had to switch remotes all the time.

Really, it's the best remote I've ever used in my entire life. Programming is really easy once you learn the software. It literally controls every component I've ever needed it for.

This is my second 650. The first one was so great that I replaced it with an identical one when the first one started rebooting itself every few minutes after I had it for about 2 years. Very easy to program and it has made my life easier when my grandkids come and want to watch TV, play on their Wii or watch Netflix. I don't have to show them which remote out of four or five is for which function since the buttons and screen on the 650 make it obvious to them what to do.

excellent universal remote for the money. Very easy to set up through USB. Handles my DVR, TV, BluRay (which I use for streaming content) and sound bar.

I was looking for a simple to configure, easy to use and not too expensive remote for living room television. Configured it for my Marantz surround sound, cable box, Blu-ray player and Samsung television. Bought this and was so pleased I returned the next week to buy one for my bedroom. Great product.

I would recommend this remote. It is not top of the line but for the money it does a good job. It is our second one. The first one is 6 years old and some of the more frequently used buttons are getting a little slow in response but still work.

This has been great, if it is your first time having a universal remote this is awesome, it lets you customize it according to your needs and not guessing from a list of codes.

Why didn't I get this a long time ago? Just a single remote to replace a confusing array of remotes for the TV, the TV set top box, the DVD player, the Roku and the sound bar. Decide what you want to do, i..e., watch live TV, watch smart TV, play a movie on the DVD, listen to music - select what you want to do and another click turns it all on, another turns it all off when you are through. Just as easy to switch applications. Best of all maybe is that the table next to my chair is now actually available for its intended use.

The Harmony remote is a well-designed and well-executed product. The remote itself is fine and like any remote you have to learn where the various buttons are. It controls all my equipment, even an old Sony CD changer that didn't come with a remote! But best part is the slick way you tell it what devices you own and which are used in each "activity". This is done in a downloaded app and then sync'd to the remote via USB. And if something doesn't work first time there's an Help feature on the remote to retry the commands to get them to work. All in all a worthwhile product. Note that this product won't control devices via wifi (like Sonos etc).

This remote took over my entertainment system. One button function is very easy to set up and use. Buttons light up when remote is lifted.

This was easy to program and tweak as necessary. It could not have been explained any easier on how to add devices and select the appropriate inputs. Great product for the price.

Simply simple. I want to watch TV, I press watch TV. TV comes on, Sound bar comes on and I'm watching TV. Watch a movie press watch a movie. It lights up when you pick it up and great for low light.

I bought this to link my TV and Direct TV receiver. It took about 15 minutes to set up - all very easy and it works great. The remote is simple to understand and works every time.

Shares a lot of similarities to the Harmony 700, except no rechargeable batteries (what I wanted). These similarities are a good thing, however, since my Harmony 700 has been a solid remote. So far the only issue has been button presses not always registering. As I have used it more and made some different customizations (Harmony software), this problem has gotten better. Assuming the 700 is not on sale, the 650 is the better option if you are looking to save money, yet still have a great universal remote!
