The Remote was $59.95 and it has done exactly what we needed. The watch TV and DVD buttons are perfect for my wife who struggles with the various components remotes.

Gets the job done, but it is still limiting. There are many common buttons missing from the remote that many DVRs and other devices use. But it functions and works as advertised minus a few annoyances in setting it up.

We originally bought the Harmony 880 way back (about 6 years ago) and fell in love with it! It was easily the best universal remote we ever had. Well, after 6 years, it finally bit the dust. The only problem, none of the new Harmony remotes were worth the price (Harmony Touch, Harmony Ultimate) and the reviews were not that good for them either. This 650 was originally purchased to try in our bedroom, but we ended up buying a second one when our 880 died. It has been just as good as the 880, I just had to limit my devices.

Purchased this remote for my parents (in their 70's) as an alternative to the four different remotes they received when they got a new TV, cable box & HTIB. When it is set up correctly and all the components receive the signal (which has to be line of sight), it works flawlessly. If a signal is interrupted/blocked, not so much. It's taken a few, okay more than few, reviews with the p's on how to use the "help" button to correct inputs, but they're finally getting the hang of it... Now if they could only figure out how to work the VCR - just kidding. A little patience and practice goes a long way with this remote.

Logitech has made a universal remote that is easy to setup and use. I had a older Logitech remote that was finally on its last leg, it worked ok but has a few glitches occasionally. I already knew I was going to stick with Logitech so I checked out the different models and went with this one, bought it from Best Buy because it was the best price and was in stock. Setup was very easy and quick and it looks like Logitech has taken care of the glitches because it works great! Cannot go wrong with this remote.

This remote is great because I don't have to keep up with 4 separate remotes anymore. It is easy to program for up to 4 devices. The only thing I don't like is that it often gets out of sync if the remote doesn't stay pointed at the components when turning all on or all off. It does have a smart Help feature that makes it easy to fix so it's just annoying that it happens, definitely not a deal-breaker. I'd buy it again.

Wow, this is so much better than my old Universal Remote. Programming via a computer is easy to use. I can now press one button and my TV works with my Tivo. Another button and the TV works with Roku. Another button and the TV Works with my cable box. And finally another button and I go to my DVD Player. If anything fails because the dog walked in front of the TV a help screen appears on the remote. It steps through a couple of corrective steps, asking if they fixed the problem. Not having to get up and manually push power buttons on the TV, etc. Its - wait for it - easy enough for my wife to use. :-)

A bit complex to set up, probably necessary because of wide range of remotes emulated, but I have a particular objection to setup because it REQUIRES WINDOWS ! I HATE WINDOWS ! I refuse to use it, but I have one system with it installed, specifically for setup and firmware modifications of equipment from stupid vendors. Logitech has enough experience with software for their gadgets to avoid this onerous requirement.

This purchase was a repeat as the first remote device wore out. It is convenient, but does have a limited life span. I would only recommend purchase of the Harmony if customer understands that it does not last long.

This remote is a one-button press solution for all of my A/V components. I can even control my Xbox for streaming movies with it. Saves space as I don't need 3 remotes out anymore!

My family really likes having 1 remove instead of 3. Setup takes some time to ensure you have all the common functions used for each remote programmed. The remote will have delays after power on commands to give the device (TV/cable/etc) to come on. So keep the remote pointed at the devices until it's up. Help Button - Use it if something doesn't power on. It will send a command to fix the problem then ask if it was fixed or not. If not, It'll try something else. Nice. all off - When the remote seems to be out-of-sync with the devices, press All Off to 'reset' everything.

If you have 2 or more media devices with remotes, then you need a universal and Logitech is one of the best. I have had Logitech remotes for many years and have found them to be reliable and durable. This remote easily manages up to five media devices. If the remote had a Smart Hub button I would give it a 5 Stars. I would recommend this remote.

Works well with all devices, could be confusing for those who do not have patience with technology. You do have to go online to upload devices that's why it works so well with the devices. I went from 4 remotes to 1.

This is a great remote to eliminate the need to use multiple remotes to power various components. It does sometimes "act up" requiring going in and starting individual components but overall usually works flawlessly.

Has some glitches in that sometimes the settings are hard to manipulate and the devices don't all turn on or off, etc. Might be technology more than the actual remote. Overall, we're pleased.

I have a Logitech Harmony One for the main TV in the living room and love it. I wanted a solution for 4 remotes in my bedroom after getting a surround sound bar, Logitech and Best Buy was the first place I looked. Setup was very easy, found all the makes and models of my TV, Sound Bar, Cable Box, and Blu-Ray Player without any issues. The interface from Logitech on my MAC is very easy to use and had everything programed and up and running in minutes. All components work like a charm. The remote feels good in my hand, not to big, not to small, but just right. Buttons feel sturdy and well laid out. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Owned the same model for several years prior to this purchase. It would be nice if these lasted more than a couple of years but we obviously liked it since we bought the same product to replace the "dead" one!

Buy some rechargeable batteries and a charger, and you have the best <$100 universal remote money can buy! Even has a help feature for those, ahem, less remote savy than most. Simple, lcd display, works great!

THIS REMOTE KEEPS IT SIMPLE AND FUNCTIONS WELL WITH ALL MY DIFFERENT BRANDS VIDEO SYSTEM:)...SECOND LOGITECH I HAVE OWNED AND THIS ONE IS GREAT FOR HE PRICE LIKE MY FIRST...LASTED LONG AND WAS ACTUALLY DURABLE!!

For Roku users this remote brings together all of our components including our Roku on one handheld. Can get rid of the other three! Easy to use...took a little while to program but not painful. A good buy!
