I love this remote this is the third Logitech remote that I have purchased over the last 7 years and this one is everything I needed it to be. The new software makes it very easy to setup and I love only needing one remote to control everything.

This replaces 4 remotes but it did take us a while to learn which buttons to use for different functions. Had the same problem with the remote that controlled the Genie so not the Harmony's fault.

I recently built a home theater which included a Blue ray, Dish, xboxone, stereo receiver, and projector so I needed a remote that would drive all these devices and this was it. It took three times to get the programming right with the computer systems set up, but once it was done it was very easy to use. I lost some of the fine tuning aspects of the sound fields the receiver remote offered, but overall very pleased with this product.

I am happy with this remote. It has been great at consolidating my remotes from five to one. One of my favorite things about it is the quick start and stop buttons at the top that start and stop several items that need to be run simultaneously. Another impressive feature is the help button. When something doesn't start properly, I just hit the help button and it resolves the problem.

Having multiple pieces of electronics each of a different brand, the Logitech Harmony Remote is a life/marriage saver. The quick keys and help buttons are great.

I was looking for a universal remote to eliminate the three I have for my home theater system. This remote was easy to set up and works flawlessly. It's not as flashy as Logitech's higher-end remotes, but you can't beat the price. A couple of minor annoyances, the buttons on the top of the remote to select movie, tv, music, or all off are not back lit, everything else is and is activated by motion. And there is only one color, silver; I wish they made it in black.

Really like the remote except for one thing. Once you turn it on there is a delay for several seconds before you can begin using it. If it wasn't for that I would've given it a 5 star rating.

Why did I wait so long? This remote performs flawlessly with our 15 yro dinosaur TV, plus new HT receiver, cable box and DVD player. If you are thinking about getting a universal remote, stop thinking and get this one. It makes life so much easier.

I like the programming options. Program 1 button to turn on tv. Program 1 button to turn on tv, computer, stereo all at once. This is sweet!

This is my second Harmony Remote. The first time was the more expensive model and I had the Geeks set it up when they installed my Surround sound. This time I had to do it. Going on line wasn't hard. I have never used another brand so really can't compare but I am very happy with this item. I didn't need the upgrade on model the first time but went with what the geek squad suggested and spent $100.00 more than I had to. This less expensive one was good for my needs.

I have used Harmony remotes for many years and have added a 2nd one for use in another room and have also purchased others for family members. The ease of the online setup wizard is what makes these stand out. I did have an issue with the setup this time around as I tried to use the "replacing a previous remote feature" but the remote was not switching inputs on the tv correctly. By redoing the set up of the Watch TV activity from scratch, all is working perfectly now.

I have two of these and love them! One remote does it all. Once I got the programming routine down with Charter cable, it's easy! And I no longer have to pry the remote from my husband's hand any more! Just what every woman needs if they want to avoid the frustration of getting up to get the remote! I use it with my tv, cable, dvd player and audio amplifier. Getting all the functions down from the cable remote was a little tricky but you can actually point the harmony to the cable remote and teach it the button function automatically. Very cool!

they have an easy set up process on the web. Since I have a very old TV there was some problems setting up the remote to always go to the correct input settings. Once I call up their tech support the tech spent almost an hour with me trying get it to work properly. On the whole it does work fine, but once in a while if the remote is not pointed at the devices while changing devices it gets confused. The remote has a help which walks through the issues to help resolve them.

Very easy to set up. My wife and children all find the remote easy to operate. Price right as I bought it on sale!

Got tired of having a box of remotes controlling 6 devices,so I got this one. No more trying to figure out codes that sometimes work, this one does it all. You plug it into a USB port on your computer & list your devices then the Logitech program loads them on the remote for you. If you screw up customer support is great.Also if you want to change functions, just plug the remote back to your computer & make changes. BUY IT

I was looking for a universal remote control. I found one that is almost magical. Setting it up was a quite a chore. But the end result is rewarding. I can control every single device in my entertainment system with just 2 clicks. Amazing !

Took me a few days to get used to all the controls and how it works with TV, Cable Box and Roku. I like it so far. It will get the 5th star if my father can figure it out his next visit.

I had an original Harmony One, rechargeable in a cradle. This unit requires batteries. I have not had it long enough to know how long the batteries will last. The main thing I have noticed about this remote is that it is not as sensitive to button pushes as the previous one. I have had to press the different buttons several times to get the remote to send the command. Other than that this does everything I need it to.

I am very pleased with this remote. Pretty easy to set up once you have model numbers, pretty simple to operate and we no longer need multiple remotes. Only slight issue is there seems to be a race condition when changing modes such as from watching TV to watching Apple TV. On the bright side you can simply keep the remote pointed at the equipment and answer easy prompts and the remote always “fixes” the problem

I purchased this because I returned the Logitech - Harmony Smart Control. This remote eliminated the use of 5 remotes (Yamaha receiver, Comcast cable, DirecTV, Xbox 360 controller, Sharp Aquos TV). I would have given it a 5 if I did not have to hold it for a number of seconds until it turns on all devices. If not, you have to turn off all devices (single button on remote) and simply restart. The initial programming and setup was easy and straight forward.
