Bought this remote to primarily use it for a TV hooked up to a sound bar and cable box. Easy setup using computer and Logitech's software. It shows you pictures of the components so you can be sure everything is right. Anyone could set this remote up with the software, it is so easy and straight forward. I highly recommend this, the only drawback is the price is a bit much for just a remote. I guess the ease of us and setup makes up for it.

I'd originally purchased a different remote that required assistance to program. When Geek Squad arrived and saw our home set-up, they recommended this remote. We checked online reviews and they were all very positive so we purchased this remote which was easy to program and it didn't require another technician to come out for assistance. It's worked very well and everyone in the family is very pleased with it! In fact, a guest at our home purchased one online through Best Buy for themselves that day. Great product!

I have had universal remotes in the past sony commander etc. this is much easier to set up. Works well with devices. Learns functions. Awesome.

I was able to program with most setting ok. Hard to set up dish settings from remote. Took a lot longer cos I had to do it over and over again to program keys for dish receiver

It takes some getting used too, plus understanding the buttons and all. But I highly recommend this device. The SW is fun to work it. It has all what you will ever need to control your tv, dvr etc from the comfort of your recliner.

Took a few times to get programmed correctly but works great when completed. If it's dropped from a short distance it losses it program.

I would have given it 5 stars except for the software that you use to program this. I have 2 Logitech 650's and the software will only add one so I have to do so shuffling to program the 1st one then reverse it for the second one. Overall, a great little remote. Eats batteries so use rechargeable batteries.

I purchased this remote to replace and older Harmony remote that had rechargeable batters that couldn't hold a charge anymore. I downloaded the new application program straight from the Logitech website and it moved all my information over from the older app I was using on my MacBook. Plugged the new remote in and it asked if I was replacing the old one, click yes, done. All the settings moved over from my old remote and I was ready to go. Everything worked just as I needed, even my old Denon receiver for which I don't have a remote anymore.

Remote was easy to program and use. It replaced all my remotes including my Roku remote (but does require a direct line of sight ).

i like this remote---the second one like this i have had (also had a touch screen one a few years back. while i like it a lot, my last one broke after about 9 months. it would still work but the batteries burnt out every 2-3 days and the LED screen would not turn off. i have had this one for about a month and so far it is working excellently. but i would recommend getting the protection plan with it in case you need to replace it.

This remote exceeds all reasonable expectations. The value to price ratio is outstanding. It is both powerful and intuitive.

Bought this one for my Dad. Mine worked well had a few minor glitches but great otherwise. Upgraded to the new system after getting a Nest. The new one can control more stuff.

Boughtthis on Blacf Friday and got a great deal. This was upgrading a Harmony 200 remote. This one is good because you have 4 diffrent complete optins such as watch movie, listen to music, etc. This will turn on just the components needed and switch them to the correct setting. One issue I have found is every one in a while my reciever will switch to USB from Sat for no reason when turning the system on. Since the system is not new and has never done this it has to be the remote causing it. So a weird quirk that hopefully I can fix as some point.

Programming was easy and easy to use. Uses batteries a little on the fast side, but worth the money.

It has the command for each device. There is no need to have other remotes. This one does it all for me and it is easy to program.

I love this remote. It controls everything I have including both Xboxes. However, the screen is pretty fragile. Didn;t take much to shatter it. I'll probably buy another anyway because I like it so much and just be more careful.

This makes controlling all your equipment so easy, even has one touch buttons for controlling multiple pieces at the same time. customizable.

This is a good solid remote and there is a new model out but this one has had solid reviews for years. I do recommend this product, it is easy to set up and simple to use. Even if you tv or video or cable power isn't set properly, there is a help button that fixes everything and walks you through repairing the issue yourself. The only downside is the texture of the back of the remote, not my favorite.

I bought this remote as a present for my mother-in-law to replace an older Harmony remote that I also bought for her as a present. I have a Harmony in every room that has a TV or a stereo. I love them. They are just so easy to understand and to use that they just can't be beat. Also, every remote should have backlit buttons. Why is this even a thing in the year 2019? Anyway, perfect remote for me. Did I mention that I love Harmony remotes?
