Great for a all in one controller set up is easy and the USB hook up is the best , plus you can always go back update or change any device.

You'll never want to use a standard remote again. It's nice to have one remote for everything you do. Can have a bit of a hard time learning your devices and getting things down perfect but over time it works very well

Very easy to program and has lots of functions. It works great. The up and down and OK buttons could be a little larger.

The Logitech Harmony 650 is an excellent universal remote. I recently added the universal remote to my new home theatre system. Best Buy / Geek Squad came and programmed the remote for us – which I highly recommend. It is very easy to use, the buttons and display screen are very similar to my cable remote. We have 6 devices connected to the system and it is simple to access and control all on them from the one remote.

Very user friendly remote with the ability to run 8 different electronic devices. Actually tells you what to do if you forget.

This is my first programmable remote and I can't believe I waited so long to own one. My wife has always complained about the number of remotes laying around......no longer. It's easy to program and use. The built in troubleshooting tool is awesome. Should you encounter a problem controlling a device, the remote asks you questions then takes actions to cure the issue. Too easy. I also like the way it wakes up when you move it. There's a built in movement sensor that lights up the remote when there's motion. All around great product.

I was a bit sceptacle when I first purchased this controller for my entertainment system. However, after reading the instructions for setup and getting onto my laptop as instructed to download the setup software (which now resides in my laptop) I was pleasantly surprised. you do need to go through each device that you want programmed into the controller and need the make and model numbers off the equipment labels (have to read the small print labels on each device). Other than getting those numbers correct, the rest was pretty easy.

Got this during a pre-Black Friday deal at a great price. I've always wanted to buy a Harmony remote but they were always too expensive. This one is one of their simpler models but is just fine for my A/V setup. Tried programming the remote with my Windows 8 laptop but the device driver used by the webpage doesn't seem to work. I had to go to my old Windows 7 laptop which had no problem programming the remote. Otherwise the setup/programming is very easy. I'm happy with the use of the remote. My family is very happy with it as well.

This Harmony is great for what it does. There are higher end Harmonys that can handle many more devices. But for a limited set up with only a few devices like a normal living room set up, this Harmony can't be beat. Again , this is not for a complex home theater set up, get an ultimate or smart control for those. I took off one star for no backlighting on keys. But, this is easy to learn and use for family members. Great buy.

The remote is easy to set up, and easy to use. Everyone in the family knows how to use it, including my 3 year old. Well, this isn't always a good thing...., especially when you find him watching a movie, after being told not to. My only gripe is the limitation on the number of events. The remote is clearly capable of more events, but the manufacturer seems to have limited the remote, to force you into a more expensive remote.

Easy to program and replaces so many other remotes. No more juggling of remotes.

Only 4 stars cause the remote can be confusing. It does exactly what I needed it to. My amazon remote died and didn't want to purchase another one. So I got this remote ad consolidated. BUT you need a USB infrared device called flirc to go with this device and CANNOT be a amazon fire stick. Has to be the amazon box to be able to use. And now I can control everything with my remote

The basic setup is very easy. I had previously owned a similar model for about six years and it failed.The difficult thing for me to do is to follow the sketchy instructions for making special designations for individual buttons on the device. Also, the return button does not function in any of the modes that I established.. Logitech has good support so when I contact them they will solve my problem.

I bought this on a Black Friday sale. It is GREAT for the price I paid. I have a much higher level Logitech remote so I knew what to expect. This unit does a fabulous job for the living room TV except I can't get the power function on our old receiver to work. Everything else works great. I even tried manually teaching the remote the power signal, it said it took it, but it still doesn't work. Other than that we like it a lot.

Works pretty well, some issues with setup but seems to be working okay now. Would love to have a setup process that is easy and works all the time first time around.

Does my 5 products fine. This is my 3rd Logitech remote. the only problem I have had is dropping them. I wish I could have afforded the next level but this works very good

Great remote. Easy to setup and use. Works with all my electronics old and new. It would be nice if you could pair more than five devices.

Purchased at 1/2 the Logitech srp of $80, great value. Had checked Logitech website for the 5 Sony products to be entered into remote memory and all 5 were listed, a 20+ year old Amplifier, 7 yr old dvd player, 5 yr old dvd recorder and new 55 led lcd tv and new 300 disc changer. Remote works with all functions of all 5 Sony units. I really like the fact that the screen lights up when you pick it up and the keys are backlight as well. Only complaint, a small one would be the off balance shape. Would recommend highly after 2 months of use.

I have this remote controlling my hom theatre with Dierectv, Sony receiver, sony blu-Ray, Apple tv Chromecast and Samsung tv. Does it all with easy programming software.

easy to use - thank goodness - this takes all the components of our system and makes them one. I especially love the help assistant!
