Only thing I don't like about this remote is the fact that you have to point it directly at your item you are turning on or off and wait for it to preform

I like the universal remote. It's not difficult to use, but it would have gotten a 5 rating if the buttons would light up better when using it at night.

You can't beat this remote. It works really well, and to me works better than the Harmony 1 with its finger swipes. Those don't always work. This remote is easy to use and fits your hand better than the One. It's easy to program and I've not have any problems. Great remote!

This remote is very good and helpful, it condensed my remotes from 4 to 1, and makes things so much easier. only complaint is buttons are kinda small.

I purchased Dec 20th, 2019 and Geek cost $99 to set up. He coordinated my VHS player (you heard right),CD player, Blue Ray, TV recorder, and Bose speakers and Toshiba TV all operated by the one remote. Now and then I have to turn Bose speaker on with it's own remote.. My complaint is the "ok" button is too small. When I want to select a show, I often hit the up or down buttons when I am wanting to hit the ok button. For some reason the sound bar occasionally doesn't come on initially. Other times because I pause a program too long the sound bar turns off. In either case I have to use the sound bar remote. It's no big deal, just annoying. I am disappointed to see reviews saying this remote doesn't last too long. I did have to change batteries in about 6 weeks. I'm glad I purchased this remote but if it goes out, $99 for Geek Squad to come out is out of reach in my budget. I did have to replace my Frontier TV Recorder after about 7 weeks and I thought I would have to reprogram the remote because it had a different serial number. However it worked on it's own without having to call Geek or try to do it myself.

I've been a long-time user of the Logitech 650 and was excited to see the 660 hit the market. It is similar to the 660, except faster and more devices! Very easy to customize and have your remote literally give ANY command your equipment can receive. Highly Recommended.

Our old logitech buttons we're not working after 7 years. Was looking to replace it with a multi media remote. This one was great! Quick response and has everything I need. Can program yourself with patience. I had Geek squad do it and it was well worth it. Saved time.

There are a few things I don't like about this remote, it is ergonomically curved to fit in your hand, the problem is the curvy shape makes it apt to roll off a table and fall on the floor easily. That tends to beat it up and it spends far more time on a flat surface than it does in your hand. Sometimes you don't get all the devices in sync so you have to use the help function which asks you what's not working, but its easy to work through it. The good news is you can program an activity, like watch TV or watch movies, etc and it will turn all the devices on and off and control them as needed. You will have to program the remote via computer to add your devices, but its pretty easy. Overall its the best remote for the money, this is my third one and I would buy it again.

Hi Harmony, we're glad to see you're loving the Harmony 665 Remote! With everyone 665, you do have a 1 year limited warranty with purchase in case anything malfunctions with it like how you experienced before. Unfortunately Logitech doesn't make any cases for the remote, but you can probably get something like a silicon sleeve on Amazon. Otherwise, please continue to enjoy!

I have a Panasonic TV and Blu-ray player, a Bose sound system, and DirectTV. I was able to get the TV and Blu-ray player to work on my old TV remote and the Bose and DirectTV to work on my DTV remote. That meant that I still had to track two remotes, and with 3 kids that wasn't always easy. When my TV remote started to go out, I needed something to replace them with. With this remote, I was able to start using a single remote. The remote has some pre-programmed settings that allow you to switch on/off sets of devices (ie turn the TV, sound, and DTV) on at the same time. However, it is a binary toggle so if one is on it turns off. This makes it so if you want to leave your DTV on to record, It will turn off when you turn on the other "Watch TV" settings. Then you have to switch over to the DTV and turn it on. There is quite a bit of manually changing the remote to run different devices.

Remote works well and was easy to set up. Don't like that you have two switch between devices like sound bar and TV if you switch to a DVD player.

This is an excellent remote, which is why I have several of them, for different systems in my home. This is probably the last decent remote Logitech made, before they started with their Smart Home remotes, (I have a $300 Logitech remote collecting dust right now, because it is horrible in every way). This remote on the other hand, is intuitive, and has everything you need so you can put away all your other remotes and control everything in your home theater system with just this. The only complaint I have is that the buttons don't last as long as I'd like, but fortunately, I've been able to replace any worn out remotes with a new one. Although the purchase date for this remote is only a month ago, I have used this same model for years, so I know how well it works.

Hi, we're glad to see you're enjoying the Harmony 665 Remote! With daily use, the buttons will eventually start to stop working. But the great thing is you do have a 1 Year Limited Warranty that can be used to get a replacement. Continue to enjoy!

I'm a fan of Logitech Harmony Universal Remotes. I've been using a Harmony One for many years and gave the same to my parents as a gift. I needed a new remote for a new TV setup and chose the Harmony 665. I'm controlling an older Denon THX receiver, a new LG OLED TV, an Apple TV 4K, a cable set top box, a Blu-Ray player. The older receiver was the reason I couldn't use the LG OLED TV's Universal Smart remote. It's connected via audio-optical as it does not have HDMI ports. The LG remote can't control a device that's not connected via HDMI and doesn't allow copying IR codes from an existing remote. My only worry was how well the 665 would control my 4K Apple TV via IR since the Apple TV is mounted out of sight behind the LG TV. It works perfectly well. I had to turn off CEC control on the Apple TV (simple process from the Setting app on the Apple TV. The 665 programming is easy. It does accommodate more fine tuned control for those that want to adjust / tighten control timing to speed up the user experience, control naming, etc. One of my favorite features: battery life! It uses regular batteries which should last about a year with normal use. The Harmony One uses a rechargeable battery that needs to charge nightly, requiring a charging stand/tray on the table. Really great solution for a very reasonable price.

The Logitech Harmony 665 is the best remote I have ever used. My equipment only numbers four, but the Harmony can control up to TEN pieces of equipment! Simple to program, simple to use, immensely better than having to use many remotes. I think it has a brain!

I had a Harmony Model 700 for years until some buttons wore out. i replaced it with another, but after more years dropped that one too many times on my hardwood floor. The model 700 was discontinued, so I replaced it with this model 665. I don't really see any difference between the two models. Programming is a snap, using a computer with internet connection and USB port. You download the app from the Logitech web site. To program the device, you tell the app about the devices you want to control. Logitech has a huge database of devices old and new, As you enter the manufacturer and model number, it makes suggestions. I mis-typed a model number and the app suggested the correct model. It then knows all about how to control that device. Next you specify the activities you want to control, such as "watch TV", "watch movie", "listen to music", etc. Since it knows all the inputs and outputs of your devices, you tell it which inputs are connected to which outputs, and you are done. I have an A/V control center with speakers, TV, Cable box with DVR, Blu-Ray player, Roku. Before I had the Harmony, I had to adjust the A/V center, and use different remotes for different functions, like channel, volume, select recorded program, etc. Now I just push the "watch TV" or "watch movie" button, and the cable box or Blu-Ray and A/V center are automatically turn on and inputs adjusted. I use the one remove to control all functions. It has a pretty complete set of fixed buttons for most functions, and "soft buttons" for other controls unique to your specific devices, shown on the LCD display. Logitech makes fancier controllers for smart homes, but they are expensive and for me they are overkill. This model 665 Harmony is perfect for me.

All you need is this, and not four remotes! Gone are the days when I had to fumble with several remotes just to watch TV. Highly recommend this Devi for avid TV watchers and channel flippers too. An early x-mad present for my husband and U benefit also!!

If you need a remote that's just going to work, this is the one to get. I plugged into my computer and loaded all the tv's and players i have and it just worked flawlessly. It's worth the extra money. I've used it for a couple months now and no complaints.

I really was tired of using 4 remotes to control the TV, Cable, Sound Bar and DVD. I have a Harmony set up for another system so I new this was the way to go. Wrote down the components, went through the step by step and 1st time success. This was too easy

I have used every remote that Logitech has released. Forget the incredible price, this one is my favorite. I am a hard button guy so this one blows the Touch away. Anyone with a Samsung "smart" tv should toss their dumb remote and just buy one of these.
