This is my fourth Logitech Universal Remote. (They are all still in service and function perfectly, each one controlling separate sets of devices in separate rooms or residences.) I love the Logitech setup program, especially the way you set them up to identify your devices and how you use them. (I have never added a device that couldn't be found in the Logitech data base.) Once the remote is set up it works without stuttering or producing other anomalies. The only complaint I have is that any given computer seems to let you set up only one remote. So you have to keep track of which computer is tied to which remote should you ever wish to change its settings.

I had the previous model to this unit that I paid 350.00 for . This one works even better for a fraction of the price. If you only have a few things to control, this is the unit for you.

I wanted to upgrade from an older model that I bought back in 2007. This remote is very good. It controls everything, so I don't have to use multiple remotes.

These are excellent remotes, but they don't bounce. I purchased this remote to replace one that I dropped. they are easy to set up and configure via a computer hookup and control many devices.

This is the remote i've been missing all along. Setup is a breeze and there's plenty of customization on tap for all kinds of activities (macros). Definitely a five star recommendation.

This replaced all my remotes and made my life so much easier. The setup is very user friendly but takes some time. But once you have it setup, you will never go back to regular remotes!

Bought this for my husband. We have the TV, cable box and surround system, and this works perfect with each. We've only had to charge this once since Christmas, so the battery life is great.

Bought one as a Christmas gift and had to get one for myself. Now I only use one remote rather than three to simply watch TV (have a surround sound system).

A few years ago, I had tried an older Harmony model and found it quite difficult to program. I finally gave up with that remote. Upon reading reviews of this Harmony 700, I thought I would give it a second crack. Long story short, this Harmony 700 was programmed within minutes and after a few minor adjustments was working flawlessly. My only minor complaint is battery life, but I will rise above that issue with better rechargeables or simply switching to standard alkaline AA's. All in all, I'm happy and have not used the FIVE remotes I used to have to use in over two months.

This remote worked as expected. The programming of the remote is fairly simple and not too many tweaks were necessary to get this working as it should. Go for it!

This thing is great and easy to use. I bought this on Black Friday for my aunt and uncle and they love it. Does its job and the rechargability is a nice feature.

Works as advertised, easy to program, controls my Sony tv, Denon home theater receiver, Oppo Blu-ray player, and JVC VHS tape player.

For the last 8 years I have been using an 800 series Logitech remote. But all good things must come to an end. My 800 series remote died. I bought this remote on black friday for a great price. I initially hesitated because it was a lower number series then what I was used to. Logitech put my fears to rest. Great product. I have all the same functions as before. The software that came with the remote made it very easy to program remote. All buttons are raised and tactile. Feels good in hand. Charges in short time and almost last a month on single charge. I am a big fan of the harmony product line. I would pay full price for this remote if I had to in the future.

Program was very easy to use and had my remote controlling my Sony TV, Sony Soundbar, Xbox One, Apple TV, and Cable box in no time!

I have used 3 remote controls for my TV, Receiver, and cable. After purchasing this one, I could use only this one, which made my life simple. The setup is really easy!!. Great product!

When we finally realized that we were juggling 4 remotes, I decided to do SOMETHING. The Best Buy salesman recommended this remote and I decided to have the Geeks set it up. One of the best decisions I ever made. We now have 1 remote for everything. The command screen makes it easy to make a selection. The "help" feature is invaluable since from time to time we have a minor glitch. The reason the rating is 4 rather than 5 stars is that we have glitches more frequently than I think we should. Even with this minor problem, life is so much easier with this remote.

I have had numerous Logitech remote and this one is great. Easy to set up and use, not overly complicated. Its perfect for a simple home entertainment setup.

Easy to use a little time consuming to set up but works on new and old devices really well i bought this for my girlfriends parents who aren't electronically inclined and they love it

This remote control is a good product, depends it's price, it's easy to work and has been matched with my all devices.like Denon, Apple, Reciver, Xbox

Unless you plan on spending 100 bucks or more on a remote control, this is the best possible option. I got it on sale and I've been more than happy with it.
