Its easy to program and use! I'm not sure about the longevity of the charging port, but as of right now I am a fan.

Best remote I've ever bought. Love the way it will correct itself. All I have to do is sit back in my recliner and push the "fix" button.

This is my second Harmony One. Great Remote. I have 600 and 700 models. The software has some bugs as in syncing sometimes doesn't work right and I have to plug and unplug the USB cable in the unit to get the software to see the remote. But, I love that you can program not only devices, but activities, and what actions appear on the remote screen. I got this on a Black Friday deal and would buy one again.... easily. You won't regret this remote to replace all your other remotes.

Programing a bit of a challenge if you have multiple components. Allow more than suggested 45 min. and be persistent.

The remote is very, very easy to set up online with the computer and works every thing in the house except the Wii as it is blu tooth.

Was able to program remote easily and it took the place of 5 remotes which drove the wife CRAZY !

I was using three remotes and now we use just one. The Geek Squad explained how to use the remote and even helped me take some notes.

I had an older harmony remote several years ago. Upgraded To the 700... Quality button feel is great on this remote. Easy to setup and use.

Best remote that I have ever seen. It has DVD player, Surround Sound, Direct tv box, Wii, TV, electric fireplace and will hold even more.

This remote was a Christmas gift, from a family member. I can control my tv, blue ray, and cable box. I would recommend this to a friend.

I like being able to turn on all my components with the push of one button and also being able to have different sets of components operated based on whether I am watching TV, DVD, Web TV, etc. It was a nice addition to the AV setup. It can be a little tricky to operate in some cases but most people should be able to figure it out, or have a kid show you how :)

This works well. Does need to be charged about once a week. Fairly easy to program and set up as you want.

Totally worth the money to get rid of 5 remotes and only use one. Super easy setup! I had to buy my dad one too after I got mine.

This remote is a great addition to my entertainment system. I love that this remote can control all me devices and the cable box also.

I purchased this for my technically challenged mother, and after a little back and forth around the concept of "When you want to watch the tv, all you have to do is push the 'Watch TV' button, and the remote does everything for you" everything has been great since. Setup was easy and only took a few minutes. It took longer to apply the changes to the remote than it did to setup devices and activities. All in all, my setup only took 10-15 minutes.
