I love this remote. It runs my LG TV, sound bar and blue ray player.

Very simple product but a perfect example of how technology can improve life. This removed the multiple remotes I have laying on my table, was very easy to set up and allows me to enjoy multiple devices without having the struggle of remembering what control goes with what device. My son had this product and I was so impressed I purchased two for my home.

I have had this product for over a year, and it works flawlessly! I have my TV, BluRay player, cable box and receiver all hooked up. Set up took less than 20 minutes, battery lasts about a month before needing to recharge.

It cannot identify Amazon Fire Tv. It cannot start/stop Xfinity receiver. When you configure activity with that receiver, it doesn't show the operation of start/stop. Numbers are at the bottom of the remote, and this is a long remote, so small kids don't find it very comfortable to dial a 3 digit channel number.

This remote is easy to set up and easy to use! Good buy for the money.

The best remote is the harmony one but logitech stop making them and came out with a sorry awkward touch remote. This remote is as close to the actual layout as the harmony one and is rechageble only thing that would make it better would be a charging cradle vs having to plug it in. Also it would be nice if they had like a bumber or cover to protect from falls.

Screen and controls are great. Does not work so great when the item you are starting is not in a straight line in front of the remote. I had the prior version and I like that you can recharge the battery.

I bought this remote for my parents who have multiple devices and just as many remotes. It's extremely frustrating for them and me working multiple remotes to turn on the TV, cable box and sound system just to watch TV. I love the simplicity of the Harmony remote. One button turns on all the devices required for a task like watching TV or a DVD and also sets the correct port like HDMI 2 for something like the DVD player. Based on the device you are using the remote knows all of the original remotes functions and makes them available based on the task you are doing. Setting up the remote using the Logitech website is a little challenging and you may need to test the remote a few times to get all the setting right. Once it's all done you have just One, yes only one remote that is simple and easy to use.

I had to contact Logitech for support and they responded quickly. This won't switch off/on the Comcast DVR, but I was told that is a Comcast issue. In general, did get the remote to perform all the tasks I need, but it takes a bit of trial and error and was confusing before I could pass it on to the family.

No more having to find the right remote, or have 3-4 laying around: you'll just need one. Likely the best universal remote for most people's home theaters and audio/video media systems. It does a better job of controlling all your home theater components (up to eight) than anything else in its price range.
