I bought a few of these for my Father, sister, and brother. After setting the remotes up for my family they were so impressed how pushing one button now turns on multiple devices and sets each device to the correct setting for each event they are wanting to happen. Example now my Dad pushes the button we setup to watch a movie and the remote sets the TV to on and hdmi 1 input while turning in the PS3 and turning on the tuner and setting the tuner to hdmi 2. Very convenient and fairly simple to set-up. I have recently been told the remote doesn't always turn the TV on the first try so that is why 4 stars.

Sure is nice to have all on one remote control. Well worth the $$.

Bought the remote to simplify my tv experience. It was difficult to set up because the software from the previous Logitech I had interfered with the updated software. The remote works well and serves its purpose but it is time consuming to get to some of the additional screens such as the sleep timer.

This is the best remote I have ever owned . Easy set up.

This remote can control every device around one's TV. The setup, however, is quite difficult. I don't have much trouble when it comes to technology but this remote is a bit complicated. You have to plug it in to your computer and download Logitech's software to add devices for it to control. The Logitech database is vast and most likely has every device one could own. I bought it to control my Windows 7 HTPC along with Apple TV, Samsung Blu Ray and Samsung TV. It does well with these but I had to make it learn my HTPC remote which took quite some time. Overall, the batteries last a long time and my wife can use it now that its all setup and that's a BIG compliment to the remote

This remote does more than just control multiple devices. It allows you to set up activities and simultaneously control multiple devices and their connection. It has excellent ergonomics. Setup is a little difficult with all the data that needs to be provided.
