I got this at an absolutely great price based on retail price. The remote does everything we need it to do and with only 1 remote. That was the intention of the purchase and it has not let us down.

I had hoped to have a remote like this year's ago. Finally, I have only ONE remote that rules them all. (Not to be confused with 'one ring to rule them all.') Not much else to say, I am very happy.

The remote helped simplify the organization of multiple remotes. This device covers most of my electronics. The Bose Surround sound still requires the use of its remote.

Have several different things hooked to the TV; satellite, X-Box, blue ray player , & the TV., Being able to control everything from one remote is nice!

We purchased this remote to replace our Logitech 650. And it was a seamless transition to the new one. Ready to copy over current config and the darker buttons are easy to see. Also very cost-effective.

I got this to replace an older Harmony remote and it works and looks even better then the old one. I had an issue with a command so I contacted Logitech and they fixed it within 24 hours. Great product.

We have one of these for our upstairs system and my husband wanted one for the basement. Works great. It showed up on time and in great shape. The packaging was cracked, but the remote was fine.

I've gone through a lot of remotes to find the right one that can easily be used for all 5 of my devices. This is the first remote that I absolutely do not need to use any of the other remotes to do a thing. Love it!

It works well once setup. It was hard to get model numbers off my tv's especially on wall to setup. Mounts made them hard to see which made setup a pain for me.

I am so happy to finally get a universal remote that's user friendly. It's the easiest remote to you use in our house... I would highly recommend this remote versus the higher-end models.

Our older model wasn't working very well anymore and so we got this new model! I LOVE the feel of it in your hand...much more balanced, streamlined and much less heavy than the older version.

My roommate was a little confused on how to use this remote, but after a little bit of time it became a lot easier. Now I don't know how I could live without it!

This remote is a replacement for an older Logitech 850 remote, the buttons are rearranged differently but smarter. Take some to get used to. The remote works very well, so I am happy.

Had the remote about a month now. Got it on a huge discount but after using it would pay full price for it. I just love not having to switch to so many remotes to do one simple task.

This remote is everything as advertised. What i like is that when the remote is handled the back light comes on making the keys easy to see. Pretty easy to set up and user friendly.

Good remote to program from your computer. Will control most all of your entertainment devices. Color screen is a plus.

Programming this remote was one of the easiest things I have done. Just put the make/model number of your equipment and everything else is taken care of.

I really like that the buttons light up compared to some of Logitech's lower end remotes. I just wish there was a battery indicator so I knew when to recharge.

I used my trusty 650 for years before moving to the 700. I like the darker color scheme and really appreciate the ability to charge it via USB instead of having to swap out batteries.

Software for settup is great! The remote works as designed. The remote however is a bit slow responding and you can't control volume on your device unless it's selected, so this is a slow process, having to menu find component then select then control volume. Then menu select then select component such as CBL HD box for changing channels. Clunky Considering the price I would opt for a more expensive model if your trying to control 4 or more components.
