I have an Elite as well. Mostly because this one went on sale before the Elite. This remote is nice, but it is really minimal in terms of features. Depending on your house set up this might be OK, but if you like all of your stuff digital and connected to a central control system, I'd spend the extra money to get an elite with the hub.

Pros: This remote was able to control all of my devices, from an obscure Dell mini projector to a European Denon system that no one seemed to have a remote for. Cons: * After about a year it refuses to charge its batteries. On the plus side, it does use AA rechargeables, so I can pop them out and throw them in an external charger. A little bit of a pain, but at least it doesn't use a proprietary battery. * Doesn't have quite the range I had hoped for. Using the macros, I have trouble getting it to turn on both the stereo and projector. It has to be pointed more directly at each device than I would have liked. Most of the time I have to switch into individual device mode to control the devices one at a time.

Could have been better wth infra red rays. You need to point your remote straight to TV.

Overall it is a great remote. The only problem I have is that it does not work with my ps4.

The Logitech 700 for the money is a great value. set-up is very easy, just have all model numbers available for the equipment you would like too use, enter the model numbers when setting up on line at Logitech and Logitech does the rest for you.

It works like ad, I had issues to configure after I had my ps3 but it's easy to setup.

The Logitech Harmony 700 is a great remote that can control just about anything form Xbox consoles, TV's, stereos, DVD players etc... Does a fantastic job. Wait for a Black Friday sale if you can cause the prices on these Logitech remotes drop big time!

I have used Harmony remotes for years, but current offerings are very expensive and very capable. I don't need the complexity, but I do need a "marriage saver" that allows me to set up macros to turn on my tv. This remote, when available, is a reasonably priced item that does what I need.

I love this remote. If my two year old didn't keep breaking them I wouldn't have to keep buying new ones.

Nice product. Replacing an older model. This is my third Logitech remote and they have all worked great.

I lost the remote for my Panaaonic Viera tv. This allows me to use all the Viera Cast features. Great remote

Logitech is a very good product and they have never given me any problems at any.

The only issue I have is while charging the unit doesn't show when fully charged.

Does exactly as intended. I am glad I bought it especially at its price point it is a very good value.

Bought a second remote for our basement because we liked the first one so much. Definitely worth it.

It works great once you get it set up. Set up was a lot easier on this one than on previous version.
