Love the features on this remote. Also love being able to charge batteries without removing them.

This is a great remote control, when it works. The problem is I have received one that had firmware issues which made it not charge the batteries. I then was given a replacement by the manufacturer, which had a button stop working and eventually had the charging issue, as well. the harmony 650 is almost the same remote, without using rechargeable batteries, and I owned one of those and that had buttons stop working, also. So it's hard to recommend it when I have had so many issues. When it doesn't have those issues, however, it's very handy being able to set up the various combinations of button presses.

While I like the options available on the unit for "activities", however, even with all settings confirmed, it seems that selecting an activity doesn't always keep all the settings for the activity. This results in my having to use the "Help" button at least 75% of the time to correct the settings.

Great way to combine all remotes into one and with a push of a button turns on all devices.

I'm very happy with the Harmony remote. The web interface is very easy to add all your devices.

This remote replaced a Harmony 500 Series. The new unit had some nice additional features.

Set up was quite easy and is quite nice only dealing with one remote for all electronics.
