    I like it because now I only have one remote to keep up with. I originally bought it because my dogs chewed the remote to my sound bar. The only issue was programming it because I wasn't sure how everything was hooked up.

    First, the remote is awkward to set up, especially for the "Activities" functions. We've pretty much abandoned the Activities after spending way too much time messing with the setup and still not working as expected. Second, we have a Entone receiver for TV channels. Remote provides a triple-tap for each number (e.g., press 15 = 111555). We're stuck using multiple remotes. Checked the Logitech Help sites with little luck. Posted a question and a Logitech rep responded with a solution which did not work. Then the rep offered to access our online account to set all the parameters. This was a couple of weeks ago with no response or solution provided by the Logitech rep. Hoping for a response and solution, but not taking any bets.

    Love this remote, just hope it lasts longer. I bought the same remote three years ago and it abruptly quite working one day. Called Logitech and walked thru some trouble shooting despite a massive language barrier they were completely unhelpful and told me there was nothing to do except replace the remote.

    I bought this as present for family member. They set it up on their own and got it working with their TV, Satellite box, and Receiver. Helps streamline and consolidate their remotes down to 1. Bought it on sale for $50. Would buy again for others.
