    This is a very nice remote. It is easy to setup with my multiple devices. I have had a few examples of where one of the devices doesn't turn on. Pressing the 'Help' button has always corrected the issue.

    I enjoy using this remote everyday, and the price is very good, yet still if you got some more buck you might want to step up to the one that has the dock charging, because connecting this device to a cable for charging is a pain in the a**.

    I expected something fabulous and it's just ok. I don't really have a complaint, it's just not that grand of an upgraded remote. And the programming is a little Annoying to hook it up to the computer for wvery change. Rechargeable batteries are nice.

    It has a simple set up process but frequently has to be tweaked. I am constantly using the Help button to turn a component on or off because it didn't do it in the one step it was supposed to.

    Excellent as long as I remember to plug it in once a week. Only needs to be charged once a week, works really well and controls my AVR, DVD and DirecTV. I am very pleased with the product. Nice being rechargeable.
