    This is my second Harmony remote and both have worked great. The only downfall of this particular remote is the charging/micro USB port. For whatever reason I have to angle the remote for it to recognize the cable is plugged in.

    Overall, simplifies many things, but there are a couple things that really annoyed me about it. 1. It is somewhat slow at performing operations. 2. It really does not handle USB inputs on a TV well. It's quite horrible at it actually.

    Good product easy to set up and use once you understand the different keys and their uses. Does require extra navigation if someone does not turn it off properly or navigate properly.

    I wanted a remote that was rechargeable since my last one went through batteries like crazy. This one is great because we can just throw it on the stand at the end of the night and it's ready to go the next day.

    As with all Harmony remotes, the setup is easy. This remote is replacing a Harmony Touch. I did not like the touch experience and find the physical buttons on this remote much more intuitive.

    Seems to work except for the controls over my denon receiver. Cannot seem to get it to make the switch between the sound for the tv and the projector automatically. I can get it done, but takes too many steps

    I found out after I purchased it that it was a really old model. So I returned it before I ever opened it and bought a Harmony Home Control. It was a gift for someone, so not sure if they liked it or not.
