    Good remote. Cannot be used while it is charging. Worth the money but sometimes it randomly blacks out and doesn't work. When you put it on the charger it shows that there is battery power but when you disconnect it goes back to the black screen. Once fully charged it comes back and works again. Only happened a few times but it is annoying.

    This is the third Harmony remote in our house. In addition I have purchased two additiona Harmonyl remotes for my son and his family. As usual Harmony helps keep the peace since everyone is able to operate any of the AV setups in our house. Another plus is that my wife no longer complains about multiple remotes laying around. So far all our Harmony remotes have delivered great service.

    This was a replacement of an older Harmony Remote that we had. The setup requires more than just a basic knowledge of computers and will take some time. But, the time spent is more than made up for by the ease and convenience of using one button to turn on and set all devices for watching TV or Blu-Ray player. Without it, we would need at least 3- 4 different remotes.

    This is a good universal remote. It would be better if it had a cradle for charging. So far I have found that it does not have all the features as my previous Harmony remote, but I may just not have found them yet either. It does do what it is intended for, I just miss some of the extra bells and whistles.
