Love the idea of one remote but hard for even a pro to program

Remote setup was not too difficult and synced with all my devices. Biggest drawback is the batteries. They didn't like charging and when changing them out or if they completely died, the remote goes through the first start up menu everytime. That part is very annoying.

Great way to consolidate those multiple remotes all in to one easy to use remote that controls everything. Easy to program and even easier to use. Can be programmed to control up to 8 separate devices. Best Buy has them on sale for a great price as well. Would highly recommend.

This remote is great for consolidating your multiple remotes into one. Sometimes it can act up, but has a nice help interface that fixes itself. Many times I find that the issues can be related to low battery level. Overall I like this remote and would buy again.

Not user friendly. Very hard to find the correct settings.

This remote stopped holding a charge and when it loses its charge it deletes all programming! Bought it as a housewarming gift for my son and family and they hate it. We need to return it if I can locate the receipt.

Very hard to set up, unless you are a real techie.

A computer is required to program this remote to operate my Samsung smart tv, sound bar and blu- ray player. Fortunately I had a laptop in my closet. Use my IPad most of the time. I was never told this before Geek Squad came to mount tv on wall

I love this remote but it does have one small flaw- it has a very short battery life and needs to charge about every 2 days.

I purchased this via a "Deal of a day" right after Black Friday. Over the years of extensive use, we had worn the buttons out. We've always been happy with this remote and couldn't imagine going back to using multiple remotes to operate out TV, Stereo, etc.

this has a lot of choices, and probably too many for me. an expert took about one hour to sync this with the products i needed. i could not have done it on my own.

WHen this was on sale for $60 I grabbed it right away. It worked so well with my home theater that I bought another one for our room. Its easily programmable. It was a pleasant surprise when it also worked for my Benq home theater projector

I have had Harmony remotes over the years. The 700 is very similar to that of the 650 series, but seems to be a lot more responsive than previous models. I liked the 700 series so much that i purchased 4 more for Christmas gifts!

I love this remote, but if you want it to do very specific things, it'll take you a while to program it. I have an older surround system and it works ok with switching inputs, but I have a complicated setup. Highly recommend it.

Tried to get this remote to work on a nose surround sound but it was t supported. Kind of strange since it is top of the line and 2 years old

Replaced 4 of my devices remotes. Only drawback is still doesnt work with Roku or Firestick. But very good for most electronic devices.

Great remote! Super easy to set up and use. Only complaint is one of the 2 we bought sometimes says battery needs charged when it doesn't. We just pop the battery out and put it right back and it's fine.

Works great although the buttons are small and placed in odd places compared to normal remotes, but overall it a great replacement for having multiple remotes.

I can't fully review this product because of an issue with the batteries. It says that before you do anything, you're supposed to charge the batteries. I did just what they said, but it kept saying to charge them. I took it back to Best Buy and exchanged it. The clerk there could not get it to work right either. I brought the new one home and I'm having the same problem. I have other remotes from them and they have worked fine so have no idea what the problem is.

Tried to download and install the software to program the remote without any success. Can't tell you how it worked cause never got it to work.
