I've been using this remote for more than a month. I can agree with other reviewers that have said this is an excellent remote. I haven't had any battery problems yet, and I hope that I won't. The setup on the PC was the easiest that I have ever experienced with any remote I have ever owned. The true testament is that my kids (8 & 12) with a minimal amount of training were able to begin using the remote without any trouble.

I bought this replace a Harmony One damaged by an exuberant dog. I got the features I liked most at a small fraction of the price I paid for the One. Recharges, programs through the computer and just plain works. The lack of a charging dock means it takes up less space on the table. I am delighted and recommend this product without hesitation.

I bought this remote for a client of mine at first. Not knowing how well it would actually work, I gave it a chance. After setting up this remote (which was the only time consuming and kind of a pain in the butt part) i was amazed at how well everything functioned together for once. I was able to rid them of 4 remotes and down to only 1. It has been a life saver. I loved the remote so much I purchased one for myself. I was able to get rid of 4 remotes of my own. It worked with all electronics I had successfully. The Activities option is one of the best features I believe. i was even able to connect it to the Xbox and control the device. Over all I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has multiple remotes for your viewing pleasures.

The one remote that lives up to it's promises. I have purchased other so-called universal remotes only to find they take care of most of your functions, but never all. This one does. I took all the batteries out of the other 5 remotes and put them in a storage bag about two weeks ago. Haven't had to break out the bag for any reason. All is well in my electronic world thanks to Logitech. :)

I bought this item to replace a very old Logitech remote that I gave away. I have an old Denon receiver and was worried it might not work with the new remote, but it does so perfectly. Have it setup for controlling my Sony XBR 55inch tv, cable box, Denon receiver and Sony CD player. Works like a charm. The only part I don't like is having to log into the Logitech website to do all the updates, but that's just me being lazy.

I really works great. I can finally store those other remotes. Setup was easy and quick. It runs my av receiver. My Verizon HD pvr my Samsung blue ray player and my xm receiver. All functions are available. I don't like how all the weight is in the bottom. It is kind of off balance to hold. And I think perhaps the 4 way bottom selector and the page up/down buttons should be reversed. Bot otherwise I am finally happy with this device.

This remote is a nice upgrade from a previous Harmony product. If you don't mind computer setup (which I find much easier), then this is a great remote. Works especially well for "lost" remotes, since the on-line setup has all functions of almost every product, removing the need to "learn" new commands. Love the rechargeable batteries!

Easy to program and set up activities and able to control all my devices.

I've had a pair of Harmony One's, three 880 plus a 1000 and this was just as good. Easy to program. Highly recommended if your juggling multiple remotes.

The manual gave a link to download the software which easily and quickly transferred all my of settings from my previous remote (510 I think?) to this one and everything works great. I expected some issues with the transfer, but had none at all.

My fiance and I are really happy with this remote. We disliked having three remotes to run our media. Now we just have the one and it works great. The buttons on our receiver remote never worked well so we couldn't turn the volume up easily, now the Logitech does it. We highly recommend this product. Great investment. Easier to use than the remotes you're probably using now, for sure.

I got this remote to replace the 5 other remotes on my coffee table. Basic set up was a breeze and after a little tweaking I have all the tiniest little details working just like they do on the native remotes. The only thing I can ding it for is that it is very light and does not feel substantial in your hand.

A great controller, but they don't last long before having issues. I have had a lot of the 700 and 650 ones and have had issues with buttons stopping working well if you don't press them hard. Otherwise, they are great.

Bought one of these yesterday. Oh yes, I am old. I mean old! I attached it to my laptop and set everything up in about 30 minutes. Blueray, Dennon, Set Top box with DVR, TV, Tuner, CD and favorite channels. For the first time EVERYTHING in on one remote, the battries are out of the ones I was using and stored! All in about 30 minutes. I am impressed! And it was on sale!

Bought it. Programmed it in about 15 minutes. Does everything I could have hoped for. I'm spoiled now. I don't thinnk I'll ever be able to tolerate multiple remotes ever again.

Very easy to set up, you DO NOT have to be a techie. I bought two of these models, set them both up (upstairs and downstairs) with very little effort, less than an hour each. I have TV, combo VCR/DVD, and Cable box. A little tricky at first to find all your "special" features, like the Favorite Channel and such, but a little "exploring" with the controls and I was alright.

One remote to rule then all, and one remote to bind them. After an easy, intuitive set up on a computer, this remote will take care of all your devices, And help you troubleshoot when there is a problem. I've had a Harmony remote for years, and am very excited about this rechargeable one!

This remote is great and the fact that it can connect up to 8 devices. Glad I got in on the discounted deal for BF.

I can honestly say that this control works better than I expected, this to the use of "Activities", I briefly read about it before I made my purchase but I quickly dismissed it as some form of bloatware, at least in my experience this is not the case and it makes the use of home theaters and home theater-like set ups extremely seamless. I've only found that it doesn't play nice with devices included in an "Activity" which turn on or off automatically, it's not a real problem as I only have to block the control´s IR emitter with my hand while turning the activity on (so as to not actually turn the devices off if it has turned on automatically, and vice versa) I only wish there was a more elegant solution to this. Also a real impressive data base for IR codes, obviously there's no problem with the newer devices (read less than 10 years old) but I could successfully configure an old TV which didn't explicitly appear in the listed models, this is done answering a series of questions about it in the configuration software which didn't take me more than 10 minutes. All in all, a great purchase.
