Purchased to replace our Model 550 which started to have sticking buttons. This one is easier to use and my wife really likes it. Highly recommended!

Easy to setup and works everything, even when one of the kids turn a know or hit a button on the devices the remotes help fixes all problems.

The remote does a nice job combining and getting rid of multiple remotes. The only negative is that it uses rechargeable batteries and there is no obvious indication when batteries are getting low. This means that the first sign of a low battery is when only part of the components turn on (or off) and its hard to get everything back in sync using the original remotes..

One remote conquers all! Could come with better instructions, but if you make a diagram of how your system is wired BEFORE you go online to program it, no problem. For advanced device specific functions (the ones most people pay for then never use) you have to go to the online user guides, but all the basics are there. Select "Watch BluRay Movie" it turns off the devices not required, turns on the required devices with all the proper settings, in the proper order so that everything is in sync. I LOVE this thing!

The online set-up was fast and easy. I like the way you can program multiple components to turn on to your pre-specified settings and input selections with the touch of a single button. The view screen is great and is easy to navigate through all the functions of each of your components. The only reason I rated it less than 5 on ease of use is because it does take a little playing around to get used to it. I also think this kind of technology maybe doesn't need to cost quite this much, but who am I to say!

Just purchased this for my wifes birthday. Took less than an hour to set up and worked great! Set up was a breeze - just enter your model numbers and you are off to the races. Set up for a LG 42" LCD, LG Blu Ray and a Dish Network DVR625. It operates all three perfectly. Finally just one remote for the three. Can't wait to get the new Stereo/Receiver and see how it works with that.. I would definitely recommend this remote. Although, it is a little pricey for a remote. . . but, it does work great!

Easy to set up, does what it is supposed to do. My wife is happy because she only needs one remote to control everything.

A big improvement the cable remote. Setup was easy. Works well. Wish the plastic wasn't so slick.

So far so good but my earlier remote (650) started giving me problems and had to be replaced. That being said, after contacting Harmony about the 650 they sent me a new one even though it had been at least a year since I purchased it.

We had an older model which worked fine, however, this one is lighter and very simple to use.

This is a replacement for an older 520 series that was still working except the buttons wore out. Hopefully Logitech has addressed this. The battery life seems good so far. The only cons are that the volume mute and the "return/go back" buttons could be a little larger in size.

This is a really good universal remote. It simple, not complicated but works well.

Our Harmony 550 is starting to fail, some of the buttons are getting inconsistent. This one looks to be a decent replacement, its claimed to support 8 devices, the old one did 15 (i don't need that many). this ones rechargable. this one had dedicated color buttons and the layout is a bit more logical. the price, on sale ($90ish) was about what the last one was. The problem is that this product only actually supports 6 devices, i have 7. i may add another device in the future, so i'd like 8. but six meant i had to remove the wii from the setup. and no option for more in the future. so points off. the second problem i had was that, simply, the OK button did not work out of the box. if i set up a 'soft' button up by the lcd, that one worked, but it was very clumsy to operate. Tech support confirmed it was not simply a setting issue. the color buttons look fine in normal room lighting, but when backlit dont look like the same colors. this is a bit confusing. the device was returned for a Harmony one. although im not happy with that one either. id actually like another 550.

Great product, user friendly. The Geek Squad was fantastic at setting all of my devices up.

I appreciate that this remote replaced five other remotes. I have two issues: 1) You have to constantly tell it what device you want to control, i.e., if I'm controlling my Roku player and I then want to lower the volume on my receiver, I have to go "devices", then select "receiver", only then can I adjust the volume. 2) It doesn't always turn off all devices.

I have had this remote for approximately a year. . . can't say enough about it. It does everything that it should and then some. I have a LG 42" LCD and a LG Blu Ray and works great with both. Just added a MOXI box and has no problem doing everything that a remote should. Just added a SONY Sound Bar and haven't had any problems with that either. All in all it is worth getting to get rid of all the other remotes.

Consolidates all other remotes so you only have one to use. Very user friendly.
