Associate guaranteed me I'd be satisfied buying this affordable universal remote. He said it would be very easy to set up, would work with all my components and that I would like it as much as the more expensive brands. He was right.

Maybe if you have all new technology, it would work great. However, on some of my units, it does not control at all. I can manually control each unit with the remote. Wish it would "learn" better.

After about a month of use, we are finally getting to know the remote well enough to be able to control all of our media devices. It works great.

Over a great remote, but sometimes when watching TV the "OK" button won't work, which makes it difficult to watch prerecorded shows on DVR.

I do often have to use the "Help" button because after I push the device button that I want (Watch TV, for example) the device does not come on. Help fixes it, but it is frustrating.

Its great. I am able to control everything in my living room. Although i didn't find the setup very hard any non tecky will probably find it difficult

I love my new remote, but the set up is very detailed and I would recommend paying the Geek Squad to set it up. They did mine and it works great! Runs everything including xbox, wii, and even Apple TV.

Remote holds its charge well but can be confusing to use. May have to use TV and cable functions separately.

Really like having all controls one remote. Set up was a little difficult, but was able to complete in less than an hour.

Great remote, worth every penny. Purchased it to replace the 650 I had previously and it was worth the investment. Controls 8 devices and is rechargeable which is great.

Nice to control everything with one remote and battery life is pretty good. Sometimes has issues with powering on/off all devices properly.

My children had lost the sound system, as well as the TV remotes. I thought this remote would replace the functionality of both of them. Unfortunately I was mistaken. As all this remote is cappable of, is on/off; info, and volume. It very seldom fires up with everything working correctly. You must let the remote go thru its checks, before you have to shut it down, and start over. I like it somewhat, but i would not have purchased if I was aware of the limitations.

Ease of set up and use. Help feature is great for when people visit and try to use it. Ability to customize is very easy to do and allows me to make it personable

Easy to program especially if you have programmed remotes before using a PC. The database of IR codes is great.

Very nice remote. This is the first universal remote I have purchased where I was able to put all my other remotes up for good!

I thought going cheaper would be ok but I have been use to my Harmony 880 so I decided to exchange it for a Harmony one.

Found programming somewhat time consuming, but once done it performs very well.

It took awhile to get used to it and I'm still not able to get into my WebTV, but other than that, I really like it

I replaced my 800 with this unit. I really like the buttons that have a tactile feel in the dark. Great product.

Nice easy to use remote. I had the geek squad set up the features and they did a great job.
