This is my fourth Harmony Remote and one of my favorites. It adds the ability to control (turn on and off) my Xbox one and navigate the online options of apps. I found it very easy to set up. My only non-positive comment would be the 8 device limit...I know that's why the more expensive units exist; but, add two more for a total of 10 would be perfect.

Purchased this remote during black friday as the price was right around what I found reasonable for a remote. This remote was perfect for all of my home theater devices. All you do is find the model numbers (usually on the back of your devices) and then download the harmony software. you plug in your remote via USB to your computer and then enter the model numbers into the software. I found all of my devices and programming the buttons was very easy and straight forward. I have been using this remote for about two months now and have not had to recharge the battery. Zero problems as of yet. Would definitely recommend this remote to anyone with multiple devices and remotes.

Setting up the Logitech Harmony Romote was straight forward ... Collecting the information from all the devices which needed to be controlled was simple ... Just follow the On Sreen Instruction / Prompts and you will have a everything controlled by One Remote !!! Simple ... Fast ... Straight Forward ... Getting a second remote to control the basement TV ...

Very easy to program and use. Works great with all the systems.

This is my first experience with a universal remote. Works very well with all components. Like the way it lights up with a little shake so you can see it in the dark room. Didn't program it as the Geek Squad took care of that so don't know how complicated that process is compared to others, but Geek Squad likes it & that was good enough for me.

I've had several Logitech universal remotes over the years and they have all been very good. The only reason that I had to purchase a new one was because my two new puppies decided my current Logitech was some sort of chew toy. I stopped crying/cursing just in time to pick this one up on a smoking Black Friday deal and so far it's perfect.

I LOVE this remote! I was skeptical of a universal remote that costs so much but my fiance really wanted it so for black friday it was on sale so we decided to get it and I think I love it more than he does! It's great to have one remote for everything and we use it for 2 different rooms. The set up was sooo easy and very user friendly!

After a bit of a learning curve for myself and the family the remote is all we hoped for. I owned a very basic Logitech Remote for years prior to purchasing the 700 but it didn't even compare. This is a great remote for the money spent. I know there are more pricey models in the market but the 700 does everything we need and more...

I had bought this remote to replace an old Harmony One whose buttons were falling apart. The screen isn't as fancy as my old Harmony One, but has a great feel to it and handles my TV, PS3, receiver, and cable box with ease. I liked it so much I bought a second for my upstairs TV, sound bar and cable box. For the money it really can't be beat.

I purchased this remote to eliminate a cable remote that had already been replaced 3 times by the cable company and wasn't working... again. This remote replaced 4 remotes required to operate all the different devices in our entertainment center. Setup was simple and straight forward. Configuration took about 10 minutes. Couldn't be happier!

This remote is very easy to use and has replace a complicated routine that required 3 remotes to watch my satellite TV. Got program loaded and with input information from TV and Amplifier was very easy to get set up. My wife can now watch the big screen TV, much simpler process to get the TV, Amp, and Directv on and set correctly.

Bought this on sale, got a great price. Easy to get up and going. Works well most of the time. Not sure if it is my equipment or the remote, but here and there, it will stop controlling my TV and Directv box. Other than that, it serves it's purpose and removes the need for too many remotes.

Good tactile response on button press, battery lasts about 3 weeks per recharge. Overall, what I would expect out of a Logitech product. Side note: this model does not come with a charging cradle. Instead it charges via micro USB port. (Charging method is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars)

I bought this to make it easier on us trying to TV, Apple TV, and DVD's while using a sound system. The set up was pretty easy. The programming set up walked me right through the process. Just don't get excited to use it... I will take a long time to fully charge before using. After that, the rechargeable battery seems to last forever.

This is my first smart controller and I'm very happy with it. I had it programmed for me so I can't speak to it's ease of set up. However, I love how I only have to press the TV, music, blue ray player, etc buttons and my receiver, cd player and other devices set up accordingly. The unit is rechargeable so that's been great.

I had an older version with a touch screen but it was not able to handle my newer devices (Apple TV, Wii). The touch screen newer version was a little pricey for me. This one does everything I want it to do and it wasn't too hard to switch to buttons instead of touch screen. I have not had to charge it yet, over 2 weeks.

This remote is definitely the one remote to kill the rest. The only thing that is a little lame is that to load up specific device drivers you need to have access to a computer and load them all manually. However, finding devices is very simple. I love that it comes with rechargeable batteries. Extremely awesome remote!

I have several harmony remotes and for the price, this is one of the best bang for your buck. Not as nice as my harmony one remotes as far as features but nicer than my harmony 700 mainly because this remote has a rechargeable battery. I also like the buttons much more on this remote compared to my harmony one remote.

It's okay. It's not really comfortable in my hand and I find it difficult to use by touch. I keep having to glance down to find where my fingers are. It also takes quite a bit of customization to make it work really well. They also made some questionable programming choices , like you can't rearrange the order of your devices, so you better put them in the order that you use them most. Also, you can't tell it what keys to use from other devices. Like if you have an amp that you want to use for the volume when watching tv, you can't just tell it to use the amp volume. You have to use the learning function to teach it the amp volume up and down for each input. I had to do this for my tv, bluray, x box, and Wii. With all the different functions it got rather annoying.
