This remote helped me consolidate 4 remotes into 1. It is easy to set up and has simplified watching TV, movies and listening to music. I appreciate the rechargeable feature and great ergonomics of this remote. The print on the keys can be a bit challenging to see at night but the keys to light up when the remote is in use.

I had a system installer put this together for me so it handles all my connected devices. Looking at the instructions, I probably didn't need him. Nevertheless, this is great for tying everything together and even better because it lights up and makes it easy to see the keys when watching TV in the dark.

I purchased this to replace my old Logitech Harmony remote which died after several years of good service. This remote seems more ergonomic and includes a color LCD display. Very easy to program. Logitech's database of codes is very large and lets me use this remote to control some uncommon components.

The remote was exceptionally easy to program via a PC. It works extremely well. On the rare occasion that one unit doesn;'t turn on or off as expected, just push the "help" button and the remote knows what to do. I also appreciated the packaging. The blister pack is perforated on the back, just peel it open!

I was looking to purchase another harmony 650 for my bedroom and came across this newer remote and thought I would try and see what the difference would be from the previous one. I loved ability for one remote to be able to control all my electronics in the room

I am a fan of Logitech Harmony remotes & this is a winner. Functional enough to cover most users needs, but not too fancy or complicated and at a good price. Logitech updated programming website making remote much more dependable for a multitude of devices and programming takes less than 30 minutes online.

This is really the only remote you need unless you have more than 8 things to control, or you reallyyyyyy want some bigger touch screen behaviors. It does everything, is super customizable, and the online interface is light years beyond the old "enter the codes on the remote and hope" style of universal remotes. My only complaint, and the reason for one less star, is that the default "names" for actions which display on the little screen are just idiotic. They're engineer-speak, and utterly divorced from what your everyday person would call a button function. They don't even always map to what the device maker itself calls the buttons in their manuals. Instead of "Home" or "Left Arrow", the remote will have the function as "TopHome_Menu" or "MotionLeft_Nav" or some nonsense, which you have to manually change to something logical and that will fit in the small remote display space.

Good base remotes for standard home entertainment use. Already own similar model from a few years ago. Logitech has updated website from before for easier remote setup. Only takes about 15 minutes to setup 4 items and functions. Having trouble with remote cycling though inputs on Insignia 39" 720p HDTV, but having spent enough time troubleshooting yet to see if it will improve or always be a problem. Overall good remote, easy setup. Most buttons light up, but buttons for changing use ( Watch TV, Watch a Movie, etc.) do not so changing in dark bedroom is a challenge.

At first I had trouble and called logitech tech support and they were wonderfully helpful and got me up and running quickly. remote is easy to use and battery life has been excellent!

I loved the remote, when I first got it . Great out of the box and the software makes it so easy to reassign keys and add missing functions. But, after 2 months, I've already got keys starting to stick on it.

If you have multiple devices or a TV with a sound bar, this remote is a must have. It takes a little patience to program it the way you want it, but once its set you're good to go. I have an older version of this remote for another room and the rechargeable feature of this remote is a nice upgrade.

Easy to setup and configure. Works with most of my devices. My only disappointment is that it doesn't work with my PS3 or PS4.

I had an older version Harmony Remote that I only used to make my wife's life less complicated. The older version had the DVR controls at the very bottom of the remote, making it less than handy to use those buttons while holding the remote. I elected to use my Directv remote for that reason. The Harmony 700 design has these buttons up about 2 1/2" from the bottom making those functions much more convient to use while holding it. Pros: Programming the remote is fairly easy. Just get together the model numbers of your equipment, plug in your remote and follow the instructions to register your remote and download MyHarmony software. Add each piece of equipment, check out the operation and you're set. If you need to change your setting, that to is simple. I love the way the buttons have a light click to them, they just feel like they are high quality and should last. You can add your Favorite Channels added to the LCD screen, I really like that. One the my favorite features is having the buttons to skip 25 seconds forward and 6 seconds back is a real winner for me. That really sold me on this model. You won't be disappointed wit this one, clears up your remote clutter and make life a little easier. Who wouldn't like that? Cons: This model has rechargeable batteries. I do a lot of skipping forward watching golf and football. I have to recharge the batteries once a week. Not great....That's why I gave it 4 stars.

I will keep it simple Ease of use - 5/5 Ease of setup - 5/5 Button placement and button quality - 5/5 Ability to change keypress when needed - 5/5 I highly recommend this product to anyone that has to deal with more than 1 remote. Little learning curve but it can be easily overcome.

The remote is handy and easy to operate with all of the consolidated features on your main remotes. The remote does have to be built to use more advanced buttons on each respective remote. That takes a little time but overall it's worth the price.

Nice remote and very easy to set up and customize, but if you have a PS4 and use it for a Blue Ray DVD, the remote will not work to operate the Blue Ray DVD. You have to use the PS4 controllers. That is the only thing we don't like about it.

Logitech - Harmony 700 Universal Remote is an excellent remote that controls up to eight devices. Although it's expensive, the price has dropped as Logitech releases newer, more feature rich remotes with touch screens. This is a good choice.

This is my third Harmony remote and the best one yet. I have a 650 in another room. Works like a champ and was easy to program. Keys and screen are easy to see and buttons work nicely. I have 8 devices programmed and it worked perfectly first try. Would highly recommend.

Bought this remote to replace my Harmony remote from 2006. Simple setup for Panasonic Plasma TV, Pioneer Receiver, Samsung Blu Ray, Roku 3, and DirecTV DVR. Easy to use for the wife and kids :) Dad gets no support requests on this one.

The Harmony Remote line is great this particular one controls up to 8 different devices and really works well. The online setup is very easy and they give you step by step instructions. This remote works on all of my devices so it is the only remote next to the couch.
