It was awesome that it detected my old Logitech IR remote to import settings. I wish more of the remote buttons could be custom programmed and that it had more Function buttons, but other than that it's great.

I purchased the Harmony home companion remote control as part of my new automated smart home devices. I love being able to control my bedroom TV. The harmony home companion remote control is a smart home dream come true.

Purchased to combine all 4 remotes and it's amazing ! Devices respond just like the original remotes. Takes a bit of set up to get it all working but it's worth it!

The hub works great, and comes with additional infrared blasters. The remote doesn't need line-of-sight to the hub to control it, so you don't have to point it at the devices. The remote is fairly simple (compared to Harmony Elite remote) due to the absence of a screen or backlit keys. Works well to control 3 set of media devices through the activity buttons, and each regular button can perform separate commands for short and long presses. Compared to the Harmony Elite (we use in the more complex setup in our family room), this is a simpler remote (we use for the simpler configuration in the master bedroom), but can still control the lights (Insteon) just like the Elite. Good value for the price & features.

Love relying on just one remote for all our TV and Video functions.

This really filled in all the missing Entertainment Center controls using Alexa. The remote and hub work well, the app is easy enough to use while providing great control options. The only draw back is there isn't an easy way to have the remote control emulate all the device remotes. All the remote functions are accessable through the app but would like a way to use all those functions with the included remote without all the manual setup hassles​. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase.

I retired my old Harmony remote because it couldn't communicate with new equipment and the Harmony Hub does it all quickly and accurately. It was easy to program from my iPhone and worked perfectly the first time. I combined it with an Amazon Echo Dot to have voice control as well as the Logitech remote. A winning combination.

The Logitech Harmony remote is an easy to use hassle free device. By allowing the user to program what devices are turned on together with a single button push. If you want to watch a movie with surround sound you would program the button to turn on the tv, the source of the movie such as a DVD or Blu-ray player and your surround sound system. With one push of the programmed button you turn three devices eleminating the need to locate and operate three different remotes. The added bonus is the ability to use your smartphone as a remote using the Logitech Harmony app. The app will also control some home automation type devices such as lighting. This is a quality product and elemenates the need for multiple remotes to control all your devices.

I purchased this remote as the hub based remote with bluetooth is the only option for a universal remote to use with the nVidia ShieldTV Pro. This has worked seamlessly and set up isn't that hard if you read the questions/sentences the app asks/explains to you. Overall, this took me a very short time to program activities my TV, UHD Blu-ray player, nVidia Shield TV and my receiver. I even programmed an extra activity to power on my receiver and turn it to Phono so I can listen to records. Being hub based, I do not need to point the remote at anything which is nice to not have to worry about obstructions.

Finally, a universal remote that is universal. It controls everything so seamlessly. No problems linking it to Roku and PS3 devices. Setup was a little hard to figure out, but once you do, it’ll be great.

solid upgrade from my old harmony 650. setup is fairly easy and I prefer to have a remote instead of utilizing the app interface. It's basic, for sure, but if you are ok with the limitations it's worked flawlessly.

This hub is a great way to simplify the way you change between different media formats/sources. The fact that it works seamlessly with Alexa is what determined my choice and, so far, it was a good one.

Great REMOTE for the Price. It does what it is suppose to do, works with ALEXA GREAT, but set-up took a little time because maybe my old cable box cause my wife won't upgrade. Other wise GREAT PRODUCT!!!

Replaced a prior Harmony Remote. New one is much easier to program, and voice activation to play Discs, TV, and streaming services through Alexa is really cool!

I was worried by all the negative reviews about problems people had but I took a chance anyway and it paid off. I love this remote. I had some learning issues since it wouldn't connect to my 5G phone on my WiFi mesh. However, I use the Windows app and it works great. I biggest worry was establishing a Bluetooth connection to the Fire TV device and it worked after several tries. It works great on my TV, Surround system, Blu-Ray/DVD player, Roku, and DirecTV. I even programmed the specific keys I needed for the Fire TV stick..

The remote is great but lacks voice control for my comcast so I need to use two remotes still. Plus the numbers on the remote are so small that it is difficult to enter the correct numbers, especially in the dark.
