I love this remote. It is simple and easy to use and works well with all of my devices. I used this for my media room and it replace 6 remotes. This is a must buy universal remote.

I've had a number of Logitech remotes all of which worked really well. I needed a new one for a mix of devices so this is my first with the Companion hub. The online configuration and setup was much more frustrating than usual - config download to the hub and the remote took multiple tries - but once successful they've worked great.

Remote is great and the sync feature is awesome for setting up new devices. But the trade-in policy is a joke since you don't get a full $50 or $100 off at BestBuy.

I haven't had a chance to get this set up yet. I got this because of the ability to integrate with the Google Home/Nest line. A friend has it set up and it's really cool to turn on your TV, Receiver, and set the inputs with voice control. My wife doesn't understand why pushing buttons is so hard. It's not, but I am a bit of a geek so gadgets like this suck in. I have an old Logitech remote and it still works great so my hope is this one is just as good or better. I do wish this new one had a charging dock/base though.

A good remote but a little more complicated than past HARMONY Remotes. PS3 pairing is much easier using phone app and some controls are only on the tablet/phone app. No Help Button

This remote works great for me. The app is a bit of a pain to deal with.

I have 2 other harmony remotes (elite type more expensive with digital screen) and I decided to get a simpler less expensive version for bedroom. This was excellent remote Bc im familiar w Harmony remotes and its hub linking it was a breeze However for first timers you may need to YouTube to get better idea I was done w setup 15-20 min all my tv/apple tv/ polk audio soundbar/android box perfect matched and working as i wished Quality remote great and u can use iphone or android device to control as well Highly recommended

With harmony I can control my tv, receiver, Apple TV, uhd player, Sonos connect, and Xbox. So many less remotes and I don’t have steps to remember.

I have used previous Harmony remotes and have had great experiences with them. Decided to give this one a go mostly because of the RF capabilities. It makes a significant difference and no longer need direct line of sight! Also handy that it works with your smartphone or tablet via the app.

Once it's set up, it's fine. But, this was not an easy task and if you are not technically inclined, let someone else do it or stick to your multiple remotes!

If you are willing to put in the time to program and learn to use the hub it is an all in one solution. However it takes some doing and for some reason does not always work.

Bought this to replace my harmony one and specifically bought this model to work with the Amazon Echo. With the Echo and the remote iPhone app, we rarely have to use the actual remote, but the functionality of the hub makes the remote. In my opinion you want a harmony with the hub that is the brains to this remote. Anyone looking to automate their tv and entertainment experience this is the way to go.

This remote and app were pretty easy to set up. The included remote will occasionally get out of sync, but it is easy to fix in the iPhone Harmony app. If you lose internet connectivity, you may need to keep the original remotes available. This remote is more expensive than my previous harmony universal remote, but has many functions I don’t use. Overall I am happy with this product.

Used this system to replace my more traditional harmony universal remote and have been very pleased. I have a large multicomponent system and it handles it well, assignable buttons using the smart phone app were crucial to add discreet settings to enable changing soundfields and other advanced av options . For some commands the app is the only way to do it effectively but for 98% of users this is a very simple and sleek way to gain full control of the system. Only con is that there is no help button on the remote itself if not all components start properly (that shouldn't be an issue if the system is thoughtfully set up).

Set up on this was super easy. Download the app on your phone and connect the hub to your wifi and go....it will detect any device you have already connected to wifi such as smart tvs and Apple tv. I have a smart tv, Apple tv, Yamaha receiver, and Xfinity box all set up on mine. Here's where I say it's not great. I use the Harmony remote more than using the app. The Harmony remote won't control my Xfinity box so I still have 2 remotes sitting out....the app won't control it either. Sometimes, when I click 'watch tv', all of the devices don't turn on. I have to open the app to troubleshoot and turn on the one item. It may be something I have overlooked and if Harmony reps read this, feel free to reach out, but this was not a total solution to getting rid of all of my remotes. I had 4...tv, cable, receiver, Apple tv.....now I have 2-3...Harmony, cable, and sometimes need the app.

Easy to use and setup. If you already have a Harmony Remote, then this will easily port over all of your old settings so you don't need to start over. I bought it because it works with the Amazon Echo, and it works great! One thing I will say about that is the integration isn't native. You need to use If This Then That to get it working with the Echo. Other than that...awesome as always Logitech!

I wanted to get the harmony hub and a remote with a display, but this was in stock and I was too excited to wait! I am happy with the purchase! With other harmony remotes my family often gets aggravated that things don’t turn on right and they have to go through the help menu. I haven’t had a “misfire” yet and with the phone app, I’ve been able to fix sequences without the hassle of connecting to a computer. Win win! Initial setup was a bit of an adjustment but once I figured it out it was a breeze.

This remote is perfect for my home theater setup and I would highly suggest it. My only gripe is the battery life which isnt too bad but leaves something to be desired.

This remote was easy to program and simple to use. It functions well, performing all tasks with ease. Comfortable in the hand. Sleek design.
