My husband originally brought it bc I leave out the house so early that I was leaving in the dark. I would turn off the lights before I leave. He set it up so i could leave and its not dark around the house. But now my home is becoming a smart house. Which it maybe called a lazy house bc all I have to do is tell Google's to do everything for me.

What a breath of fresh air. Installed easily and has worked flawlessly since!! So pleased to have a product like this!!

Use Logitech remote for all devices including TV, Bose system, DirectTV and Hue lights. Took a little longer to configure but now easy process once you add more devices and go through process multiple times. No issues so far having couple months.

I use the remote more than the app. It is simple to install if you have a computer and internet connection. I like that it works with other smart home devices.

Easy to use and setup works well with my system. I told some other friends about the hub.

I purchased this remote to consolidate my various entertainment center devices. It was very easy to setup, controlling my tv, xbox one, xbox 360, ps4. One problem was line of sight with some of the IR receiver but after purchasing another blaster in cabinet this problem was solved. I highly recommend to get rid of remotes. Also this won't turn on the ps4 but that is not harmony's fault.

I could not live without this product. I Purchased two more for my friend and for my theater system in the basement. I’m currently running the companion remote which controls my Sony OLED, Yamaha receiver, Samsung 4K Blu-ray player and my Roku device. Everything runs seamlessly with a single touch of a button. I love how the individual buttons on the remote can be customized to any device amd any function. This is a must have remote if you’re controlling more than just a TV set.

Good Remote, set up was a little easier with the app. But this new Hub set up can be hit or miss. After set up, I had issues connecting to the Hub via my iPhone. I had to unplug and reboot the Hub a few times. Maybe I should have received Geek Squad help, but I still like to think I'm somewhat technical savvy.

Overall a good product and meets my needs. Setup wasn't as easy as stated in instructions and wouldn't work via app. Had to connect to laptop and setup via web.

Great remote, compact, and no charging needed! Set up is a little challenging...but, once you have it dialed in it's rock solid!

Nice little add on remote. Use it in the bedroom. Don't have a lot of components but still needed a universal remote. Easy set up. Wish it was backlit.

I live this remote and system! it took way longer than expected to program all different things i wanted to do, but more importantly so the family could easily use it. it was strange to get used to the "activities" format as opposed to having specific remotes to pick from, but once i figured it out it worked great, along with the app. i would say the app could be better designed, but if you are tech savy easy to use.

I am not a fan of having to use multiple remotes to use the different equipment in the media room, so when we needed to purchase a new sound bar, we also decided to purchase a new remote. We had the Geek Squad install everything, so they not only hooked up all the equipment and made sure it all worked correctly, but also "trained" us on the new remote, which operates all the equipment. It is easy to learn, has the read-out display, lets you indicate if things aren't working right and makes adjustments to fix it. I LOVE this remote.

If you can get this remote to do what you want, it works well and simplifies your remote situation. However, be prepared to spend a couple weeks teaching everything to your particular setup. Simple A/V setups will likely not be an issue, but if you want to control more than a few devices, it could take awhile. Also, this remote needs to be hooked up with your WiFi in order to function properly and talk to other devices on your WiFi. It's a simple step though

As a heavy tech user I have a lot of devices. It was always hard when i had someone over to have them use any sort of things in the house. This makes it so much simpler for people who aren't up to the task of managing multiple remotes. There is a lot of setup that can go into this though. Having 6 different devices along with a wireless HDMI transmitter for multi-room setup, I have over 12 setups for just the living room. Once everything is all setup though you can use your phone or the remote to tie together all of the other ones you use to have to deal with.

I love this remote and the app that comes with it. Very customizable and I like the fact that it is not infrared based. I do not need to point the remote and just can use it through rooms and closets. By programing activities I can save a lot of time.

I had been using the older version of this for several years until it was accidentally damaged. I immediately replaced it with the newer Companion which does essentially the same thing. It controls all of my entertainment devices and activities. Getting it set up is not difficult but it does take a little time. The buttons on the remote can be programmed to do almost anything for different activities devices. It can also be controlled with Alexa and Google Home. I’m hooked!

Very pleased with the guys that came out. It's been a good experience all the way around. One exception is the phone service to talk with someone. Very difficult to communicate with that automated service BAD BAD BAD on the phone deal. As far as the remote love it still learning my way around with what buttons do what such as fast forward and such. I'm working with You Tube Tv and trying navigate through their system. One Remote fall all is very nice!!

I bought for the silent purpose to control my tv and stereo with my voice over google Home. I use an old stereo with the chromecast burn lost the remote, this hub let me control it with my phone and voice. I was also able to program my hue lights, very limiting only on and off. Remote was a little laggy which is why it only gets 4 stars
