Just replaced an old remote whose software was no longer supported. This Harmony worked perfectly. No searching for mysterious codes anymore by random trial. It found my TV, Blueray and receiver right away. My CD player (yes, I still have one) took plugging in the model number to get recognized as it was an older model. One note, if you put in a "favorite TV channel" it will dial in that channel number which took me to an analog channel instead of cable. I just took off that favorite and the TV started perfectly. Get this remote.

The Logitech Harmony Companion is exactly as advertised! Easy to program and easy to use - and much less expensive than some competitors!

Very easy set up. And so easy to use. Love how it no longer needs to be charged each week.

I bought this remote because of the hub. It was pretty easy to setup and works very well with my iPhone. I don't need all those IR cords anymore.

This is a must have product for anyone that has multiple items hooked into the TV. It’s so cumbersome to have 5 or 6 different remotes and this is awesome for an all in one. It even controls the Apple TV!! It’s a little expensive, which is why I knocked off one star.

The remote was simple to set up and the integration of other home items is definitely a nice to have. The app that goes with it is a little slow, and the integration with Amazon devices is still lacking. Overall it is a good product that lives up to the Logitech name.

Our old harmony that had a small screen wore out and we purchased this as a replacement. It's nice to be able to control the TV, Roku, home media sound system from your phone or tablet. But if you keep the app active then your battery on your phone/tablet will run down really quickly. So I close the app and re-open when I need to interact with the devices. It's also nice that you don't have to point a remote control specifically to the infrared supported devices. So you can walk around and use your phone from a much wider distance since you're talking to the hub via the wifi. It was tough, though, to get my 72 year old husband to adapt to using a phone interface instead of pushing buttons on a remote but he eventually acquiesced. Without a screen on the included remote, it's hard to use that to control a lot of devices in your media system. So we really don't use the included remote control at all.

I have my system in one room, and a remote TV in another room. With this remote I can control everything from anywhere using the cell phone app. It works great! I will probably get the optional secondary IR transmitter for this unit in order to provide coverage for all the devices I have in the cabinet.

This remote does everything. It’s really easy to set up and it controls every electronic device connected to the tv.

Easy to setup, I went from 7 remotes to 1. It basically controls anything. I'm very happy with my purchase.

This remote is really the best of the Harmony line, in my opinion. The touch screen is noce in the Elite version, but to some customers (such as my elderly ones), the touch screen is too sensitive, and some people just aren't comfortable touching something that doesn't have a feel to it. The haptic feedback helps, but in general it is still too sensitive. Back to this remote, the buttons are easy to press, everything is fully re-mappable from the Harmony app, I don't know that I could ask for more from this guy!

Still working on tweaking the final set up. But is already setting up nicely. The capabilities of adding my lighting and macros of dimming the lights, switching inputs, turning on equipment with the push of a single button is pretty cool. There are a few things that I would change to meet my needs but I could’ve just upgraded to the next level and I would’ve gotten everything that I needed. This one works just fine for me though.

This remote does everything we need it to. Only drawback is the fast forward you have to hold down for the 30 sec jump. If you just touch it it just fast forwards until you stop it. Last remote was the other way around.

I bought this product to interface my entertainment system with the Echo. Setup was not straightforward but not overly difficult. I can control my TV, stereo, cable box, Bluray player, Apple Tv, and electric fireplace with my Echo. My wife really enjoys the voice control of our entertainment system as she could never work it using the remotes.

I really wish people took time to design a product for more than themselves. This was designed by a young person with no thought put into anything but themselves and aesthetics. I bought this for my Mom who's got neuropathy. This means that she has a hard time feeling her fingers. While this remote works, the small size of the buttons makes it impossible for her to use this as a regular remote. Luckily, it allows her to turn on/off the system the way she wants it and then use other remotes for actually using the devices. The software design isn't bad, but the hardware design is short-sighted. It is too bad, if they did a good job with the physical design, she wouldn't need anything else.

I've had a few Harmony remotes over the years and they were hard for all members of the family to use because you had to keep it pointed at the devices while they started up. This was sometimes an issue as not everyone (kids especially) could remember that. This new version with the central hub makes it so much easier, I love this remote!

Wish I would have gone with one of the touch models but that is more of an issue with my spouse and how she handles technology. I use mine with a TiVo and she would have been more comfortable since we already have the Harmony Touch. I do love that fact that I can control the devices remotely when I get the call or text asking for HELP!

Easy setup, smart hub works well with Alexa . Nice to have a remote with no blind spots.

Controls Cable Box, TV, Receiver and Roku flawlessly. I also have my alexa connected to this which works amazingly as well...I can say stuff like "alex, turn on Hulu" or "alexa, turn on ESPN" which is really nice.
