I had already done a lot of research on the remote and I knew it would be perfect, almost got the elite but the over double price hike wasn't justifiable for me. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because best buys web site says the remote is backlit and it is not

I do like this remote and the fact it is not IR dependent and can talk to most of my devices using the WiFi. I own 3 of them My hesitation giving it 5 stars. It’s not for the novice user. I had my remotes all set up, customized for timing that my devices needed and it was working great for about 3 weeks. Then one of the remotes started acting funny. Anytime I hit the volume up for my Denon receiver it would nearly double its last value...three taps and I was blasting the whole house. AppleTV became unusable because I could not control what app I wanted to select. It was like my timing setting were completely messed up. I ended up having to remove the hub from my mobile phone app, logging out, logging back in to app and reloading the hub to get things back to normal. So if tech is a challenge for the person this remote is being purchased for...better think twice. It could be more of a hassle that desired.

Really enjoying this little device as I’m utilizing through my Alexa smart speakers. I was unsure at first on how easy the set up would be after reading other reviews however it was quite simple and mater of fact for me and didn’t take very long before it was fully operational. I’m having one issue with the infared signals to my samsung audio system (it doesn’t trigger 100% of the time). Other than that I love it and will buy one for my mother.

Bought this to re place another Harmony remote. Works fine. Only issue is some of the buttons do different things for a short press or a long press. Sometimes people get frustrated and press the button longer, not understanding that they just changed what the remote is doing. Easy to program.

This remote was cool having in the house. I didn't have to switch around all of the 4 remotes I had previously to be able to switch inputs or use for the soundbar, cable, blu-ray player, yaddy yadda. 1 remote to rule them all! It would even be cool to have this hub somewhere else where you could hide all of the peripherals, but my setup was not conducive to that. But, if you have your devices in a separate cabinet or closet somewhere not directly by your TV, this would work for that. Pretty cool.

Having a basket of remotes to turn on the TV, Soundbar, Cable Box, Apple TV is difficult for the family and remotes keep getting lost. The Logitech Harmony made things easy, Press one button on the remote and all 3 devices I need to watch Cable TV are on. Another button is programmed to turn on all 3 devices I need to watch Apple TV. No more flipping between HDMI inputs, turning on soundbar...so glad I broke down and spent the money on this!!

Really like the harmony remote products. The only thing I didn't like about this one was no back light on remote like my other one.

Close to perfect. Fits my complicated av system. Now have purchased a total of three for home. Bought one for the mother-in-law so that I can log on to her system and "troubleshoot" her AV system from home!!! Darn near perfect.

I use it to control a Yamaha sound bar, Sumsug TV, Samsung bluray player, Roku Stick and an Onkyo receiver. Using the App. to set up the hub and remote was straight forward and problem free. I had to adjust the command delay for the Roku stick because the TV powers the Roku stick, but that was easy. The remote asked me if everything worked and I replied no. the program fixed the command delay automatically. I love it.

I have two in my home that I have connected to my Google home so that I can use voice commands to turn on devices around the house. when it is connected to a good stable Network you will never have problems with it. even though you can use it on the phone through the app I tend to use the remote that comes with it more, but use it less now that I have it paired to my Google home.

This has been the best remote I have ever used. This is truly a one button activity remote. one push to watch TV. press long on the same button as the TV and this activates my Apple TV. One press of a second activity button to watch DVD player. I do have a receiver in the mix. I'm 70 years old and have been in the tech industry all my life. Logitech finally got it right. I have spend hundreds and hundreds of dollars on remotes that never fully met expectations. Thanks Logitech

Best harmony I've ever used I've had a bunch of them over the years this one is simple to use and works great with Alexa.

Couldn't have picked a better remote. All devices are hidden in closet and the Bluetooth remote functions perfectly. Wish the home function buttons weren't there and could be programmed to other tv and AV functions.

I really like this combo. I use my phone app most of the time and it’s nice to have the remote for my kids. Every once in a while I have to shut everything down and turn it back on to get it to sync properly. Pretty easy though.

I’ve replaced my Harmony Elite remote with this one for one reason-it has 0-9 Keys for manually changing channels. Sounds like a small thing but it wasn’t convenient having to use the screen to change channels manually using the Elite. You lose the ability to connect to a few additional items as well as the screen, but since you’ll be using the Harmony app to manage settings anyway, I found this to be a simple trade off to save over $100 vs the Elite.

I bought this remote so that I could use Alexa to voice control my entertainment system. It has worked flawlessly. The set-up was straight-forward and intuitive. All of my system components are less than 8 years old, so all of my component model numbers were recognized by Harmony. After enabling both Harmony skills apps in the Alexa app I was able to not only turn my components on and off, but also control volume, change channels and pause and unpause with voice control.

Very easy to progran and use, it controls all my devices new and old. Works great with my amazon fire tv and xbox

I love the ease of the remote and how it essentially cut our remotes out and about from 7 to 2. I would have given it a complete 5 star if the actual remote (not the app for the smart phone) would control my Xfinity X1 cable box as well. Here is to hoping that it will soon enough with some sort of upgrade.

The Harmony Hub works great with the Amazon Echo. Setup was easy, and programming the remote itself was cake with the wizard-style software app. But, the silliest/coolest thing is walking in and saying "Alexa, turn on the TV", or "Alexa, let's watch a movie" and having it turn on all the right stuff.

Works with my old Denon Receiver, ROKU, Samsung TV, etc. with out any issues. Smartphone app is nice to use as well.
