Great remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This remote cut allowed me to cut down from 4 remotes. The setup is not too bad, but you should know what you are doing. Things don’t always work and there is some troubleshooting needed to get it setup properly. I just bought a second one, so the minor problems are not a deterrent.

A bit complicated but does the job
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Were I more savvy I think I would love this thing, but up to now there are a few functions that it doesn't seem to have. But the conventional things (off/on, volume, channel, switching streaming sources, and switching devices) work perfectly. So, it's worth it. And I may yet learn how to use it fully.

A great way to cut down on the remote clutter
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've used a Harmony Remote before with OK results, but I found myself very pleased with this one. Not only does it control my TV, but also the blu-ray, Apple TV, Roku 3, WD TV Live - from RF-based to wifi. The hub does the real work, and I'm happy it works even with the Roku and Apple TV mounted behind the TV.

Excellent!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of setup. I had been using a professional remote that needed to be programmed by my AV people. Due to COVID-19, they couldn't get to my house and I couldn't Cyril my equipment. I bought this as a temporary fix and I'm never going back. The remote is light with ergonomic feel and it's extremely easy to make changes. Highly recommended.

Does What You Expect
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just like everyone else I bought this because I was tired of sifting through a bunch of remotes. This does everything you would ask for and more. The best part is that it turns your system on and off with one click. I also LOVE the size and shape of the remote as it doesn't slip out of your hands. A must buy!

Very Convenient
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the Geek Squad program it so can't speak about that process. It is simple to use and the IPhone app works fine. Does what it is suppose to do. Watch tv or listen to music with one push of a button.

Good Option for Apple TV Alternative Remote
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My spouse was tired of using the Apple TV remote. Setting this up was relatively easy. Still haven't figured out how to customize the buttons though. Worked prefect for putting my tv, sounds bar, and Apple TV all on one remote. Only draw back is there's no microphone to use the speech to talk feature of Apple TV. Have Samsung TV and sound bar.

Works good. Has an occasional stutter
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have mine controlling an LG TV, POLK soundbar, and our Roku. So far it has done everything we need it to do and then some. The only issue that we've had is that it sometimes takes a few seconds to execute a command with Roku. Otherwise, it's been nearly flawless.

Smart TV control
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have this hub controlling an Insignia TV, Yamaha receiver, Roku, and Steam Link. It's also connected to my SmartThings hub and issuing commands to my lights and smart devices. PROS: Once the system is set up and programmed it's fantastic. Everything works in "harmony" and button presses to launch or close devices are intuitive and flawless. Smart Home control is a nice bonus. CONS: The hub blaster location needs to be very thoughtful so that ALL IR devices can be controlled When I purchased this, there were some issues with a Chrome update that made it impossible to load the configuration of the hub, which was very painful. Smart home devices respond very slowly to smart home button presses. I would like to be able to program the colored activity control buttons as additional launchers so I can launch Netflix, plex, hulu or prime directly from powered off without losing any of my Launch buttons.

Make life easier if you have mutliple components
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great product. I have a Sony tv, Bose sound bar and an Apple 4k TV. It simplified everything to just one control. I actually rather use the Harmony remote to control the apple tv than with the original apple remote. With the Apple TV if you cant seem to control the unit try putting it closer to the apple TV. That was my only issue I was having.

not going to woerk for me ....
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I learned of this during a vist to the store. I was excited to integrate three remotes and google home. The customer service from Harmony was good but I still am having syncing issues, This does not directly connect to Google Home, has to "ask Harmony " to change any function and it is hit or miss. Wife hates it so it will most likely be returned.

Works-but steep learning curve
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this remote to use with a Vizio tv and an Nvidia Shield box. Wife didn't like the Nvidia remote. This remote works well, but you have to program every single button one at a time to make it work. Plus, you need your phone or tablet (I use an Ipad), so you can download the Harmony app. You do all the remote programming through the app. I spent numerous evenings over a couple weeks getting the basics figured out. It will control everything you have that runs by remote, but its a process! Don't try to program all your equipment at once. I had to start over and program one piece of equipment at a time. If your looking for instant gratification, look at something else. And don't try to do it when the wife wants to watch her favorite show! It works well once you figure it out, but it will test your patience.

Great system!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this for our media room. It works great. The setup is quick and easy. I replaced an older logitech setup with this one and all of my existing settings came over without reconfiguration. The remote is well built and works well. My only complaint is that it is restricted to 8 devices, but that is exactly what I needed to control. The phone and tablet app is a big improvement over older versions and the remote is a big plus. I highly recommend...

Good enough
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The remote feels good but unfortunately there was a bit of lag in its response. It did not allow mapping of all the correct buttons for the tv control to make sense on my Sony like the back arrow specifically was assigned to the stop button....

Easy to use, setup was complicated and lengthy
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall I like this product, and I came from the Harmony 665 series. I would recommend setting aside some time during the setup, as that took me at least 30-45 minutes to get through. I kept getting stuck with the hub not being seen on the wifi network, even after adding it to the wifi network, multiple times. Easy to use, I wish the keys were backlit. Unlike the Harmony 665 series, you cannot "fix" the devices if they didn't come on properly or were on the wrong channel, etc. However, it is easy to do through the smartphone app, and it has hardly happened to me. That is the biggest improvement for me, no longer having to hold the remote properly until all devices are on and at the right channel.

Harmony Hub plus...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. For $30 more than the HHub alone, you get the remote. It' has programmable buttons for a few activities and SmartHome functions (like Phillips Hue lites). When you're just watching TV, it's nice to use the remote. When you're using more complex HT integrations, the App is essential.

Great universal remote
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed a universal remote that was easy to use. Netflix, cable, DVDs, etc. It is simple enough for the family to use without my help. Sometimes it is delayed and doesn't work without turning on and off a few times. But that is minimal. I'm not reason it didn't get five stars.
