I had an older harmony remote with a touch screen that was annoying to use. This remote with the hub has none of those problems. It was easy to set up and it works very well with all of my equipment.

Important to have a remote intuitive enough for the whole family and haven’t seen one that comes close

I have a number of Harmony remotes and this remote does an excellent job controlling all of my stereo system. Turns components on/off and sets inputs/sequences etc.with ease. My problems with this remote is the home control functions. Only controls Lurton casita light dimmers with Lurton hub (I have Wink hub 2) . Also only controls one light zone. Lame! Buy the smart remote without home control for half the price.

Takes a while to get everything installed but once done hub and controller works great

This remote replaced a Harmony One which I was very happy with but I wanted to integrate smart home features/devices. All functions work well, set-up is a breeze and app is spot on.

Works nicely after configuration. It does take awhile to set up different arrangements. Works well with alexa

I can control my whole room with this one remote. It also lets me use voice control through Alexa. I can turn channels, adjust volume, or turn on/off many devices. It’s even better when on discount.

I bought this to replace an older model logitech harmony remote. This one has many useful features and works well most of the time when using the activity buttons. Makes it easier for relatives to use equipment.

Love this remote , easy to installed the base and on the program end because I have the Geek Squad plan they are coming down to program my 5 remotes this week.

I use this remote as a companion remote to my Harmony 950. It works great! The hub keeps both remotes "in sync" so when I grab either remote, it's set to the current activity. Very satisfied with this as a companion remote.

Easy to pair to phone and tv. This is the easiest remote I have ever used and much better than the lower end Harmony remote product I had previously.

All my remotes are just backups in a drawers. This works great. It's simple. My wife loves it. The ones that DO more, COST a lot more. This is a good balance, taking into account the App on the cel if you want more control.

Love this purchase. I have this remote set up to all my items, surround, cable, TV, Blue Ray and everything else. It works like a charm and was easy to set up. Also, works with Alexa so I can just say "turn on TV"

Great remote! Easy set up, easy use for smart tv,firestick,wii,soundbar, &ps4 combination(PS4 has limited control) - wish the PS4 limited control was more clearly outlined.

I had an older version of the Harmony Companion but it stopped working so I bought a Caavo remote system. I could never get the Caavo working smoothly. It also would turn on the cable company’s DVR in the middle of the night, then in the morning the system was out of sync until I hit the power button on the DVR. I finally gave up on Caavo and bought this Harmony Companion - it just works! I had one glitch during setup because I lost my internet connection in the middle of the process. Once I signed in to my account, deleted the profile and started over it went flawlessly. The only complaint is I haven’t been able to get it to work with my Amazon Echo.

Easy setup and app is easy to use also. My wife had an adjustment period, but the 11 year old loved it

Great idea and good product, just one remote control for everything. Sometimes I have to reprogram remote control

We bought this remote to replace the Harmony 650. Was skeptical at first as the old remote often lost connection and you had to go through the help menu to get everything back in sync. This product has no help button. Understood why when we purchased it. Have had it now for over a month and it has never failed to operate. The remote itself is far superior to the 650 in terms of touch and feel. Was able to download our original settings to the iPhone app and have never needed to use it since. Don't see needing the more expensive Elite model. Highly recommend.

I do wish the buttons would light up on this product but a great price and once you get use to where everything is you are fine.
