The remote and hub work great. Because my cable box is set to turn off after no activity, the cable box and TV turn off after a period of time. This results in the remote being out of "sync" with the TV and cable box, so I have to manually turn them on. My other Harmony remotes have a "Help" button which can fix issues like this. The hub integrates well with Amazon Echo and SmartThings, where I can turn on my devices and change channels using voice. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.

This remote is great. It controls everything and it eliminates the need of multiple remotes. The only downside is that it won't turn on the PS4. you have to use the PS4 controller for that. Very easy to set up too.

This thing just works so well. Takes some time to set up, but once you do, it works amazingly well. I love that the remote is Wi-Fi, so you don't need to aim it directly at your TV, which is tricky to do in my space.

Great investment for a home theater room. Turns on my Xbox, tv, and receiver with the click of one button. Also controls all my smart lights.

This remote has really help me navigate the television and dvd. I usually have to ask someone to change to movies for me. I can do it myself with this remote.

This is my favorite purchase this year. I have a 65in 4K curved TV that was basically made for gaming, onkyo receiver, ps4, xbox one-s, apple tv and more - and this product is capable of handling each and every one of those devices. PS4 lacks full support as it doesn't have an IR sensor in the front from what i remember (bluetooth only), but if you're an xbox one gamer it's perfect. granted you should look up info about ps4 compatibility - i've been too lazy to bother, but my xbox one-s which is pretty much made for home theater experiences is working well. i also love that if i forget to turn off my tv, i can grab my phone (which is always on me, next to the bed, computer, etc), i can quickly turn off my devices remotely... it's perfect.

I needed a remote that allowed for me to control my cable as well as a Firestick I have on one of my TVs. It controls both very well and I would recommend this to anyone.

This is the 3rd hub I have purchased. Have them in the Den, bedroom and office. Great to be able to control everything with my IPhone or IPad. Turn systems off from any part of the house.

Easy to use but wish it would light up so you can see it when it gets dark .

We've used an old version of the Harmony but we were interested in upgrading to the latest model. Works great, and we didn't have learn how to work it.

...I have had many previous generations of the Harmony remotes and this one is just so much better and easier to use and program. This is a no brainer for anyone trying to get rid of all the remotes on your table.

Upgraded to this remote and its far more comfortable in the hand, is non slip and it works without aiming it, even if is covered up. I recommend this unit for its flawless performance and durability as well.

I bought this remote for 2 reasons, one I have a current Logitech remote that I have had for year, Logitech remotes are one of the best, and still work great, second this new one work great with Amazon Alexa.

Remote works exactly as indicated. Easy to setup and use.
