Our previous harmony remote broke (9 year old dropped it) We purchased this remote b/c it had the app option which was very appealing. My husband and I both have the iPhone 6. Unfortunately, the app only allowed me to turn the tv on and off. It would not sync with the keyboard. It did sync on my husbands. Second, the IR capabilities and very weak. We had the keep our cabinet doors cracked in order for it to connect. Needless to say, the remote will be going back and we will explore other options.

Great remote. Only wish Logitech sold this remote without a hub as I already have a hub, but no matter. Excellent online shipping from Best Buy.

Unit is easy to program with the on line software, and has flexibility for all of the activities I want to control. No need to have to aim at the sensors either. Much improvement over the earlier Harmony models.

I bought this unit to replace an old harmony smart control. It works just the same. I added a harmony 665 to control all my streaming.

Wanted to use this with my echo dot, after reading about it and asking the sales associate, it worked as I expected

Very flexible approach to manage multiple devices. The setup was a breeze, and works perfect from the get go. Price point is also decent.

I bought this remote to control my TV , sound bar and PS4. It works ok but it is not great. At times it seems not to respond to commands and can be frustrating to use. It is easy to program and has many features. However, I wish it was a bit quicker and more responsive to commands from the remote.

This product was easy to setup and has worked flawlessly. I will say that if your hub is inside a cabinet (even with open shelves) use the IR extender it comes with. The one thing that needed it was my TV.

I bought this to use with my Echo. I can change channels and volume with my voice. I was on vacation a few months ago and used my harmony to turn on the tv so it looked like we were home. Nice product

Remote works great once the Geek Squad set it up. I could not get it to recognize the sound bar.

We tried several different types of remote controls. This model was the most detailed and worked with a lot of different manfacturers. It a 1 button to turn on what device you want.

This might be my 8th Logitech remote over the years...love this one...actually bought 2 of them...I have the last year's version in my house as well, so I have 3 of these "Hub" remotes in my house.

Would be great if IR Extender cable is little more long

Remote is lightweight and easy to program. Buttons are easy to press, would be nice if they had backlighting though to find them in the dark. Definitely an upgrade from our last remote!

Biggest plus is the remote does not have be pointed at tv. I have rf blaster sitting on a table at the end of the room and it still works if something sits in front of it - ie bag of chips

Best remote I have ever had. If using IR place away from hub. May need to make some minor tweeks to settings. Called and help was great. Not much in the instructions. They could be improved.

I am very impressed with my new Logitech Harmony Companion. It was easy to setup and controls all of my home theatre equipment, including my DISH Hopper 3! I definitely recommend it!

Hassle free. No need to move around to change controls of three of my audio/video devices.
