The harmony companion remote works great everytime. This is well worth the money to have just one remote to set the inputs and control the AV equipment.

We already had the Harmony Elite for our theater room and wanted a remote for our living room. This is a great remote, super easy to set up! we also control our lights with the use of the luton hub.

I was surprised how easy this remote was to configure. I got it for my parents and now they can talk to goole home and get all their electronics to play nice together.

This remote is great. Combined with the hub I now have total control of my entertainment system with the remote and my phone. Add in an echo dot and you don’t even have to lift a finger!

Sometimes one component won't fit on, but most of the time works very well. Love that it works with Alexa.

This product removed all the headache that comes with having to use multiple remotes. The setup was simple. and i can program certain buttons to do certain things with just a click of a button. amazing.

My wife had been complaining about the number of remotes she had to use to control her tv, fire stick, soundbar, and cable box, so I bought this and it’s definitely worked out well. You can customize the buttons on the physical remote or even use the app on your smartphone to control things. I just wish there were more customization options for the startup process. Overall though, very happy with it.

Absolutely love my remote! Setup was difficult because of one of my components. I had to get Logitech's support staff to help. On the phone for 1.5 hours but once it was completed all good.

I found this remote to extremely good, easy to program, works very nice. BUT I decided that I wanted a remote that had back lighting. So I returned this remote and purchased it's big brother the Elite.

Works great, takes a lot to configure, WiFi is nice, you don't need to point the remote

I bought the harmony hub a few months ago and it's been great. Had issues getting my tv to work with it but customer service reprogrammed my tv option to get it to work without an issue.

I've had this for a little bit now and it does help me to get rid of some remotes, but I am still adjusting through my received a lot so I still need to use that remote. Overall, it works and has a cool 1 button function that will turn on my tv, receiver & cable box with one button. You can even change the order that they turn on. Not too many other options out there for universal remotes either.

Setup was easy and the remote works just as I had hoped. Has a great feel to it. The only downside is we had to get another booster to help it reach the devices due to the way they are positioned.

I have yet to use any of the smart home features so I cannot speak to those. While the remote isn't perfect and sometimes isn't as responsive as I would like, it is still a great product and a definite upgrade over the 650 I previously owned. I do sometimes miss the backlit keys, but that problem is solved by using your phone instead of the included remote. Setup is a breeze. Adding new devices and setting up new activities couldn't be easier.

We got this remote when we moved in a new house. It was highly recommended by our audio/video technician. It is very easy to use and now we were able to get rid of all the other remotes.
