Geek Squad setup made this a painless transition after my old universal remote gave up the ghost. Operation is easy and intuitive.

Remote was really easy to setup and I had everything running in 10 minutes. I also like how much I can program it.

This remote was very comfortable to hold and very ergonomic. it didn't quite work with my setup as I have a very particular set up with multiple TVs in one room. I think I could have possibly worked around it with a bunch of additional programming to the remote but didn't want to take the time.

Not sure why this product has an overall mediocre rating. I've used universal remotes for 15 years, and am so impressed with this system.

This was a replacement for a harmony remote I've had for several years. So far so good. Easy ro program. Reasonably priced

Remote is easy to configure with multiple devices. Also has easy integration with Amazon Alex via the harmony hub. Highly recommend!

I can get to all my devices easily and not have to find what remote goes to what device. Makes things easy for my kids!

I l.ike Logitech and have had other Logitech Harmonys. They are not very easy to program & could be a little more intuitive. We always have to hire someone to do the programming of the device so we can use it. Then learning all the different ways to do things with the Harmony is a slow process- we always just find out things gradually as we use.

Very easy to set up and does everything it claims to for me. No longer do I get no response from certain equipment

I have had another Harmony remote, and I like them. I bought this one to integrate with Amazon Echo, and it works very well. Easy to setup.

Perfect Have owned 2 Harmony remotes. Have loved them both. Only downfall for this one is the app is not compatible with my computer. Hopefully this will be fixed soon. Also love the fact there is no battery on this one. But, not sure how long this will last.

Well, I'm not in love with the design, but I bought it to work with Alexa to control my entertainment center. This is the only thing that Alexa can't seem to stay attached to. I need to open up the Harmony app on my phone, and then it'll connect. That's kind of a pain. I've had my old Harmony remote for years, and this just ... I mean, it's okay. But it's harder to use. I went online and programed the extra buttons and the whole long/short thing. But my old Harmony remote made it pretty easy to know what button was what. This one is much less intuitive. I'm doing okay with it now after a few weeks, but the old ball and chain barely started using my last Harmony remote without complaining. Right now, he's just going to use the 5 different remotes and try to coax Alexa into doing what he wants. So, I'm a fan of the IDEA of this remote and how everything is connected through the hub, but not so much in its execution. Maybe I should've gotten the next model up.
