Good Remote

A little hard to set up the first time, but it gets easier to understand. The WIndows app could use a redesign, but I don't think thats going to happen. Works with google assistant, and Alexa, but the integration with Alexa is problematic. Works fine for months, then quits for awhile.

Purchase and In-Home Set Up "Phenomenal"

Daniel, Constantin and Chad did a fabulous job. They had the patience, "can do" attitude....and "10" Star Customer Service. Their professionalism made this a stress free set up....and made life a lot easier for my wife and I. You "3" young people are awesome.

Here's the lowdown. It can be a bit tricky to figure out all the finite details on how it works, and how you can add different actions. But I really like it. It's the only remote that my family uses. There is, of course, an app attached to it, but we all use the "companion" remote. I

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The only issue that I have with the remote is that if you end up making a mistake or otherwise want to change a setup that you have created you have to delete the whole thing and start over. I could not find a way to edit or add new devices to existing controls.

One remote for all

In my case , I can control my tv , roku,soundbar and the lighting easily with one remote . It took me sometime to get used to it . Logitech harmony did a great job in including most of devices that requires remote in this product. I recommend that you check your devices compatibility on harmony website.

It works
